Stay away from here. Their recruiters act more like 8^th grade middle-schooler’s than professional technical recruiters.

Contract wordings like generic 9 months duration with possible extension make it sounded like a good one, but in reality, it could turn out to be as short as 2 weeks. Watch out for bait and switch.

Worked with Jay and team as a client several times at different companies, always pleasant and not overbearing experience, the way engagement should be with a sourcing agency. Two of the best engineers in my team came through Jay, also we were able to negotiate and have all parties agree in a pretty short time. As a summary I would warmly recommend Jay and team, personally I will work with him in the future.

Just over a year ago CoreTechs found me an excellent new job. I’d been working at a dead-​end job with a dead-​end company for far too long, but I wasn’t finding anything that seemed any better.
I’d get plenty of recruiter calls or emails. All very impersonal and nothing was panning out. When Jay called me with an opportunity, he was great. Very personal and friendly with a goal of matching me with a company that matched my needs while also matching theirs.
Unfortunately, it almost fell through because I wasn’t able to relocate, but Jay went to bat for me, big time! He felt that I was right for the position and that the company was right for me, so he made sure they understand that. After some negotiating we worked out a deal and I’ve been happy ever since. The companies great, the people I work with are great and the company is progressive.
Jay’s kept in touch, checking in to make sure all is well throughout the year. He even attempted to take me out to lunch when I was up visiting my new companies HQ, but I was unable to attend due to time constraints. Maybe next time, he’s a good guy…
All-​in-​all working with CoreTechs has been a great experience and I feel lucky they found me.

In a world full of Ace, Coretechs find Jokers. This company is a joke. They believe that they have ace candidates who works for them but I have never seen anyone who is an ace.
I have terminated most of their candidates due to lack of confidence, lies, and fears of «being a road runner.»
Coretechs has lied to me many times about their candidates are talented in their business skills. They believe that they know anyone who is talented in business analysis. None of their candidates couldn’t operate my key division for data analysis.
I rather post a job ad on
and find the best candidate who could work for my company.

We posted some openings for our company and I received a call from one of their recruiters and during the call I told him what rate I am interested in and also that he should submit a sample of somebody he can bring and we can decide accordingly. Having worked with a few below par recruiters I did not want to sign another piece of paper.
He kept pushing for signing papers and I told him I’d like to see a resume, after which we decided we don’t want to work with him. What followed was shocking, in a rant of threat emails the recruiter insisted that I had to work with him and this was not my choice anymore and said things like «You owe me an apology for acting like I did something wrong and was making an initial call, that’s outrageous and uncalled for» and «It’s wrong for you to …». I can’t imagine this kind of behavior from any recruiter and I just did not have the energy to go to his boss or manager and get him fired.
Stay away from them !
