I used to like this place, but now their is something wrong every time. The nails are really bad. They also get the wrong color. I asked for pink and the guy(JIMMY) tells me it is pink and I said he knows and then when he was done it was red. I told him and he says no it is pink. I really think he cannot understand english but still they should be able to understand what the client wants. Another time I had taken my mom for a pedicure and made an appointment with(Tom). When we arrived he was mad at us because he thought my mother was there for a full set not pedicure and told us he did not want to do it in-front of like 10 people and this whole time he was making(faces). This last time the lady(tammy) convinced me to get a massage she said 20 mins. for $ 30 i thought it was a good deal. But she did not even use lotion, oil, or anything. I asked her and again she said no we dont have and I could see lotion everywhere the one they use for pedicure and many other one’s. Also it was not relaxing at all since she was on her cell phone the whole time. Also he say«20minutes» it turned out to be 15 I told her and she said no it was 20 and decided to argue with me. So I did not give her a tip and I could see she did not like it. As you may see I have had many bad experinces and I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACE, REALLYBAD. Also you have to park in the street far away…

*WOW* It was 7pm on a Saturday night and i’m frantically looking for a place to get a pedicure, brow and upper lip wax and i’m just stumped. I drove around downtown Redwood City for a while to no avail. I decide to head home and I see this shop. I stop, there sign says they are closed but I am greated and invited in. Jamie(I think that was her name) Is the nicest person. She did my toes and actually asked if i wanted my brows done. I hadn’t asked initially since it was long past closing. I am excited that I found this place and I will most definetly return. I recommend Designer Touch to everyone.
