The job is done very fast, affordable price and a very nice and polite service (and fast WiFi in the lobby!). I will recommend these guys to anyone.
UPD: They are also vacuumed carpets, that was really nice of them.

I wrote a message asking for a quote on fixing the plastic piece under my front bumper that was loose. Tommy got back to me within a few hours and offered to check it out at no cost, and then give me an estimate if any worked need to be done. They ended up fixing it for free within about 20 minutes. This was hands down the best, most efficient service I have ever received at a mechanic. I will definitely be going back!

Best service ever. Dropped off to fix a big dent. Lowest estimate, less time in the shop than expected, car came back cleaner (inside and out) than it’s been since it was new AND they buffed out unrelated scratches (lots of them) as a courtesy. Exclusive rocks!

Some very inconsiderate person hit my side mirror while my car was parked on the street, smashing the glass on the drivers side mirror. I came into Exclusive Auto Care to see if they could fix it and to get a quote. I explained that since my car is a ’99, I was hoping to go the cheapest route possible, since the car is old. The person I was dealing with (I think it was the owner. but didn’t catch his name!) called around to see if it was possible to just buy the glass for the side mirror, and found that it would not be, that i’d have to replace the whole piece. Then he told me he had looked on ebay and that I could just order the glass myself, and bring it in to them and they would put it on for me, free of charge! So that is just what I just, I was in and out within 20 minutes, and it only cost me $ 20 for the replacement glass that I ordered on ebay.
It’s not every day that you find such an honest, trustworthy business. They ‘could’ have just told me i’d have to replace the entire mirror, and made some money off me, but instead they were totally honest and willing to work with me to keep costs down. I would definitely come back here for any future car repair needs!

I was blown away by how helpful Exclusive Auto Care was. My Scion tC hit an enormous pothole, and the bumper was falling apart. They gave me advice on how to file my claim on the phone and offered me a bunch of options for how to get my car repaired as conveniently as possible. The whole thing was super fast. I think it took less than a week, including ordering parts. Afterward they let me know what they repaired on the car (apparently I had gotten aftermarket parts for a previous repair that didn’t hold up). They even buffed out some unrelated scratches and detailed the car for me.

Took my VW in due a check engine light, and a couple hours later got a call saying they had run a couple diagnostics and the gas cap hadn’t been tightened correctly. Best part was they surprised me with a no charge on the diagnostic! Will come back again!

This was actually the 5^th shop I called, but they were the first shop that answered the phone, was professional, organized and super helpful over the phone. I had my Hyundai towed to this shop and they called me as soon as the car arrived. They took a look at it, diagnosed the problem and called to let me know exactly what was going on. They calculated exact costs of every single thing (including labor) and gave me an estimate. The following morning my car was repaired, ready for pick up and the estimate was right on.
They also did a full inspection of my car and gave me suggestions for things I need to keep an eye on. For example, they said my front breaks are low (and they gave the exact measurements). They said I don’t need new ones yet, but will in the somewhat near future.
I appreciate their honesty, quick and (what so far appears to be) high quality work. After the holidays, I will be bringing my other car in to get checked out.

Just got my VW serviced here– fried my stereo when my battery died & got power jumped. You don’t know the meaning of laaaaame until you lose your music! This place was actually recommended to me by another auto service owner, so I called them up & made an appt. (got the time/​day I wanted right away!). I brought my car in and I had Kevin & Mike right on it! They checked out fuses/​battery/​under the hood fuses (didn’t know there were so many! lol) like, super thorough! They had it all diagnosed & to «the next step is…» super fast– didn’t try to scam me into buying super expensive replacement or charge me for «wiring/​electrical issues» like another chain auto repair place claimed. As a female, I think we usually get tricked into paying more because, c’mon ladies– not ALL of us like working on our cars, lol & these guys were super nice, SUPER honest & genuinely looking to get ME the best deal without trying to scam the big $$ out of me… unlike the local dealership that wants $ 150 JUST to diagnose the issue. Most importantly– I got my music back (and hands-​free capability! phew!)!
I’m bringing my car back for ALL my auto repairs because– oh yeah! They’re a one stop shop! Body work, electrical, mechanical… Did I mention the GREAT pricing & super knowledgeable staff? I’ve been taking my cars to Exclusive for about 3 years now. I’ve brought in Hondas and Toyotas, they are well versed in both. Every time I take my cars in, I have feeling of what is wrong and if they just went with what I said, I would have paid a lot more. Instead, their staff is very honest about what they see and every recommendation has gotten my cars running smoothly. Good service, honesty and friendly service will keep my business for years to come.

Came in for a front bumper replacement. They did a great job. Very happy about it. Would come back and recommend to friends and family.

Brought my Infiniti in for a oil change and new brakes. This business is well run and as a women I feel totally comfortable bringing my car in and knowing I’m in good hands. Reasonably priced and speedy service. My only mechanic from now on!

Exclusive Auto Care is the most professional and courteous repair shop I’ve ever been to. Quality customer service that will make you always want to come back here for repairs. Tommy (Owner) is very professional and Exclusive can do FULL body work, including any engine problems you may have so this is the ONLY shop you need to go to. Do not hesitate if you are shopping around for quality work to be done on your vehicle. I drive 50 minutes just to get to Exclusive Auto Care because I am confident they will do a great job with no corners cut. If you ever need one car shop for life, look no further than Exclusive Auto Care.

I was referred to Exclusive Auto Care by a friend and this was the third auto shop that I went to see. I have an Audi A5 that I love– but I have had it for 6 years and wanted a change– So, I basically wanted to Pimp my Ride and this was the place to do it at! I was impressed through the entire process– from our initial meeting, till the day that I picked the car up. I went from a complete black car– to a custom white, plus added a new sport package (grill, bumper, etc) as well as new tires and rims! I would refer this company to anyone that wanted any type of body work done to their car! By far, hands down– professional, friendly– and got the job done ahead of schedule. And they are all about the customer!

Had another place change my oil because I didn’t have tools at the time. The other place overfilled so I took it to exclusive. I was able to go in at 7:30 in the morning and he removed the quart of excess oil for free! Awesome.

First ever review. I called these guys very early this morning and they provided me with an estimate for a BMW oil change. Where other mechanics in the area didn’t even answer the phone when they’re supposedly open these guys were up. One other business even tried calling me back while I was in the waiting area. They were the first ones open and provided me with a competitive estimate. The service was great. These guys are not clown shoes, they’re legit.

Took my 2013 Nissan Maxima in for some routine maintenance:
— New front tires
— New front brakes
— Oil change
Dropped off my car at 7:30AM and it was done by 4:30PM — just as committed. Tommy called me twice during the day. First to give me an update on his findings. All I needed was the rotors turned up front and got a recommendation for better tires for my dollar. Awesome.
Next call was 4:00 to tell me that my car was ready. When I got there, the team was just finishing up giving my car a wash and interior vacuum. The car rides like a champ and looks that way too. And the price was spot on. I have a habit of estimating costs like these in my head before I have to pay. I was within $ 18 of actual — no surprises! Gotta love that too.

I’ve been taking my car to Exclusive Auto since they first opened the first shop at the Laurel Street location. This is one auto shop that will not charge you an arm and a leg to get your car fixed. They have reasonable prices, and they will did a great job.
Everyone is very friendly and professional. I’ve recommended Exclusive Auto Care to my co-​workers, and they have not been disappointed with the service. They too have followed over to the new location.
The new shop is a lot bigger, and parking is definitely better. I highly recommend this shop for your repair needs.

Tommy and crew continue to provide quality auto care and repair at reasonable prices. The new location is bigger (yeah!) and I’m happy for them! It’s also closer to my house, so that’s a plus.
I used to take my car to the dealer to get an oil change, but not any more. I will only take my car to Exclusive from now on.
