Took my car to get my carbon fiber hood quoted. It was my lucky day because it was fixed on the spot and looks better than ever. Quality work at a fair price, highly recommend final touch.

I was looking for someone to fix scratches on my car after accidentally hitting a curb yesterday. The scratches were unfortunately pretty deep, and I was so upset that I couldn’t get it fixed by Lexus without paying way more than I was comfortable with. I looked on Unilocal and found Final Touch, and read the glowing reviews for Marcos’ amazing work! I called him in the morning and he fit me in on the same day (wow!) I left my car with him for less than an hour and he was able to remove every scratch from my bumper FLAWLESSLY! This guy can really work some magic, I was so amazed! I’m 110% happy with his work. He is clearly a professional, extremely detail-​oriented, and exceptional at what he does! I will be coming back for more detailing in the future (his prices are great for the high quality work he delivers!), and I’ll recommend him to all of my friends. Such a friendly guy, I will definitely continue to trust him with my car in the future!

Marcos did an amazing job, can’t thank him enough. I parked my car in a bad area and it got tagged with some paint. Was a bit distraught, but Marco was able to go in, and clean it all up, and buff it back to perfect. Looks flawless now. Highly recommend for anyone who needs detail work! I’m a college student on low income and with the weather being so bad I was scared I would have to buy brand new headlights because mine were so old and I could barely see. I heard about Final Touch and thought I’d check them out to see what they could do about my lights. Marcos was so nice and welcoming! He saw my lights and said he could fix them no problem. He did very fast and they look brand new! Very good price too being that I am a low income college student. Definitely recommend for anybody and especially for college students it is affordable!

I was looking for a detailer with an actual workspace instead of a mobile detailer; I don’t have a driveway and it’s not convenient to have someone set up around me. I found Final Touch through Unilocal and couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with them.
As I understand, Marco does detail work for Palo Alto Audi, so I knew he would do a good job on my car. In fact, he did a great job! He covered every inch of the car, the interior, exterior and engine bay, and the price was damn reasonable too. The only danger is that he does SUCH a good job that I can now see every single little imperfection in my paint … which I’ll have to get him to do touch up work on next time.
I’ll be coming to Marco for a detail every six months from now on.

Honestly, I feel bad giving Final Touch a 5 star review, it really should be 6 or 7! I am usually one to try to bring prices down and get the best price I can, but Marcos gave me such a good price, I just stared at him, shocked, and said «Yeah, that price sounds good.»
Here’s why I went to Marcos. My car, an 05 Subaru Legacy, had a hideous clear bra on it that was applied like 10 years ago. It was full of holes and scratches, and was generally a nightmare. Take a look at the pictures attached to this review. I wanted someone to take off the clear bra and touch up the paint under it. I went to a bunch of places before, and they all took one look at it and either told me to leave or offered to just get rid of the bra, with no touch up, for an obscene price.
I am going to touch upon 3 things: Service, price, and the quality of work.
Service: Marcos is a super cool and laid back guy. Talking to him is enjoyable, and he is so concise and straight up with his pricing and what he thinks he can do and not do. He told me my clear bra was looking bad, and he will first try a small section to make sure he can do the whole thing, a very honest thing to do: he wasn’t going to half-​ass a job that he knew he couldn’t do. He also offered me Über ride if I wanted to go anywhere. He even told me that I could leave and despite the fact that he closed at 5pm that day, I could come back at 7pm or even 10pm and he would meet me there. I didn’t do that, but the fact that he offered shows his dedication to customer satisfaction.
Price: Without exaggeration, Marcos’s price was so good it took my by surprise. He offered twice the services other places offered, and at less than half the price! Seriously, this guy will save you money.
Quality of work: Just take a look at the pictures. My car looks so good, it’s hard to tell there was anything on it to begin with. To say I am satisfied with the work is an understatement! I got much, much more than I paid for.
When I saw my car after he finished, I felt like it was my birthday, I could not stop smiling. I wanted to give Marcos a hug! I can’t thank him enough for the work that he did and the extremely fair price. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Well, this review is long overdue! I brought my lease return to Final Touch in November for a full detail and repair of minor scratches and dings. When I showed up two hours later to pick up my car, I couldn’t believe how shiny and new it looked! Marcos fixed EVERYTHING! In fact, my car was so perfect that when I returned my car to the dealership, they immediately slapped a «For Sale» sticker on it and put it on the salesroom floor. A formal inspection wasn’t even needed. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to find a professional and thorough car detailing service. I’ve been to a few other car detailing services on the Peninsula and they are just mediocre. Marcos is experienced, professional and extremely friendly. His prices are very reasonable. If you want to give your ride a special treat, get to Final Touch quick and ask for Marcos. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Marcos and his team are disarmingly forthright, clear in their communication, and very upstanding in the way they deal with clients. During the initial assessment of your vehicle, they will tell you, in a frank way, what they think the difficulty/​ease level will be for the job, the almost-​exact cost estimate, and will go through the explanation of the procedure through which your car will be put, while in their care.
Furthermore, I really appreciate that during the entire period my car was at their workshop, they did take into consideration my commuting needs. To assuage any commuting difficulties associated with my drop-​off and pick-​up of the car, Marcos ensured that a Lyft cab took me back to my workplace (after I dropped off the car at his shop), and on the day I was to pick up my car from his shop, Marcos also ensured that a Lyft cab chauffeured me from my home to his Final Touch office.
Simply a truly terrific team. And the work they did? Simply brilliant! My car was essentially made new again.

Marcus offered incredible custom service and did a great job! I was getting a car ready to sell and he helped me save money and only did was needed to sell the car. He even gave me a ride when I got in a jam and could not get back home. He is friendly and a great small business owner. You wont be disappointed.

So I recently purchased a second hand BRZ from a private party and drove it all the way from New York back to California. The car had rock chips, bugs, plus a number of deep scratches and a bumper that I definitely thought I had to get it replaced. The car looked like it was 10 years old instead of 3! I know the scratches are gonna need more than just a regular detailing so I took it to Marcos. While I did’t have much experience with paint correction and scratch repair services, what an expert he is! The car now looks like it’s ready for the showroom! He also went above and beyond! I thought I was gonna replace the bumper soon so I told him not to worry too much about the rock chips and scratches on the bumper. But when I went to pick up my car, even the bumper looked brand new! Marcos told me that he knew I’d love the car too look great as a whole so he blended it in even he wasn’t obliged to! They also vacuumed my car as well! Marcos and his wife are great people to talk to too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to give their car a treat. Price is reasonable (and so much cheaper than bringing it into a body shop) and you definitely get what you paid for! Great experience. Thanks Marcos!

Our Rav 4 that is over 10 years old looked pretty bad and we were passing it on to our daughter. We called Final Touch. Got an appointment right away and they not only got rid of all the marks, they cleaned the headlights, detailed the car and even cleaned the engine. It looked like a brand new car. They also buffed out some marks on my Mini while I waited and it took less than a half hour. At all times they were professional, pleasant, responsive and met every deadline and price estimate. Marcus and Perla really have a commitment to customer service and professionalism. I recommend them highly.

My 2006 Prius has been rather neglected lately, culminating in some of the paint on my hood chipping off after taking it to the carwash. There was a big ol’ scratch on the passenger side from when I scraped against a pole. I had a lot of scratches that I don’t even know where they came from (I got the car used in 2011). To top all that off, my headlights were all foggy looking; as though someone had rubbed on them with sandpaper.
Marcos was very prompt responding to my emails, took a look at some photos I sent him, and got back to me with a quote in a matter of a couple hours. Quote was super reasonable to fix all the things. They’re even open on weekends! Car looks better than when I bought it. Scratches are all gone, and my hood looks pretty good! (Given how much paint was chipped off, I know it will never be perfect, but it’s definitely way better now.)

Above and beyond from start to finish. Went out of their way to squeeze me in for an emergency cleaning (I’m an Über and Lyft driver; a customer had vomited in my car), cleaned more than I asked them to and did it all very well, cut me a bargain and even gave me a little bit of scented spray for the road.
