Flores Handyman

We just had Mr Flores & team repair our drywall that was cut to repair water damage. Job involved replacing Sheetrock, sand, prime, painting all the walls & putting new base boards. Right from the stage of estimations to completing the job Flores has been very professional, efficient, right on time, very clear on the breakdown of the tasks, labor required & price for the entire job. He gave a very accurate estimate of duration the job would take & completed the job without flaws on time. I strongly recommend Flores for any such contract work & among all the quotes I received he was very competitive in his pricing.

I just had Mr. Flores complete two repairs in an older home. His prices were fair, he was pleasant and punctual, and he and his assistant did a beautiful job. I am now considering using him for two yard projects I need to get done in the near future.

He came prepared with all the tools and did a great job in my kids room: He perfectly placed all the wall décor and secured it with a special glue to prevent any accidents. He also did a great job hanging a large and heavy mirror in the living room, which he also secured to the wall. Great service for a fair price.

Used Flores Handyman for a long list of nagging home repairs (broken door knob, loose handles, faulty latch, fence repair, etc). They were responsive, punctual, fair, fixed price. Conception gave clear explanations of his prices. They did the work quickly and it was all high quality.

Flores replaced a defective roof vent, moved a smoke alarm that had been installed in the ceiling over a stairwell in a way that made replacing the battery dangerous (this involved removing some drywall, moving the wiring, and repairing and repainting the ceiling), and repaired an area around the base of a door that had been damaged by our dog scratching to get into the room when the door was closed. He showed up as scheduled to look at what was needed and prepare an estimate. We had also wanted a wooden bathroom countertop refinished, but he advised us to find someone else with more woodworking expertise for that task, since he was not sure he could make the color match the cabinet doors well enough. He arrived on schedule to do the agreed on work and did an excellent job. He was easy to deal with and professional throughout. I’m glad to recommend him and will be happy to get his help on home repairs in the future.

This was a challenging assignment. I’ve been trying to find someone to do it since last summer… and Mr. Flores came to the rescue!
Two other very highly rated (on Unilocal) handymen (and another from the HomeDepot network) have come out to look at the job… and then I didn’t get a call back. I don’t blame the other handymen — the job was complicated, requiring a lot of skill, and there was no margin for error… it was to install some pull-​out drawers in a cabinet under the stove top in my kitchen. The measurements for this opening were tricky, requiring some real ingenuity and imagination to properly install some pull out drawers.
Not only did Mr. Flores come out right away, but also after taking some time to carefully consider the details of the job, he knew EXACTLY what to do — and it came out FABULOUSLY!!! He was efficient, courteous and super-​smart.
The next time I need something done around the house, he’ll definitely be the first person I call. I bet he can fix/​install anything!

This is the service/​help you’ve been waiting for! Seriously. I got fast service, excellent quality and care. They told me if they thought they couldn’t do something which was highly valuable. Yippie. I used them twice I would use them again.

I wanted a drinking fountain installed outside for my kids to get a drink of water… certainly more of a novelty than a hydration need. My fantastic neighbor gifted me an old drinking fountain and I was one step closer.
I found Flores on Unilocal and he came out to discuss my options to install it. He is very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted to do. We agreed on a price and he completed the job quickly and beautifully! I now have a drinking fountain in my front yard for the neighborhood to enjoy. Flores was easy to work with and does excellent work. I will absolutely use him again for other projects around the house. I am going to talk to him about crown molding and some painting projects I have. Super happy I found him!
I talked to 3 others to do this job, a general contractor who wanted $ 2500 for the job, a plumber who wanted $ 1200 plus material cost, and Flores. Flores’ bid came in A LOT lower than the other bids. A bid that made my hope a reality — SO AWESOME!

I reside in Redwood City and was looking for handyman services and ran into Flores Handyman. Flores Handyman Service are as good as it gets!
I have used them for the past year and they are absolutely GREAT!
They have worked on several projects for me and I will continue to use them.
First, they installed my brand new Viking top range and did a fabulous job. Soon after, I had them replace my kitchen range hood and it looks wonderful! They have also replace some kitchen tiles and have painted my balcony. They will soon be painting the exterior of my home. This is how happy I am with Concepcion and Carlos. The are very nice young gentlemen and they always clean up very well after themselves.
They also show up when they say they are going to show up. They are very responsible and reasonably priced. I could not be happier with them and I look forward to many more years of doing business with them!
