Not sure why this place has bad rating compared to other Ike’s. I only know Stanford and here and I had the same good experience as Stanford one.

Too expensive. You’re really going to charge $ 5 for half a sandwich that isn’t even made to order or heated?! I think not. I can understand paying $ 10 for a sandwich that is freshly made, but this is too much. Their selection is also quite small. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE Ike’s sandwiches and have enjoyed purchases from both the Stanford and original SF locations. This is not a good addition to the Ike’s family though.

My husband went to this Ike’s today(regular at the SF one). He had the worst experience. He got the vegan meatball sandwich and it was ice cold! He found out it was pre-made and sitting in the fridge/freezer. He went in to tell them and the guy said«oh well»! Ha, sounds like a joke but it isn’t. What kind of service is that? He threw away the sandwich after 3 bites, and had to lunch elsewhere. What a waste of money at Ike’s!

I sure do miss Ike’s Lair. The sandwiches hear are absolutely tiny. No more than 4 inches in length, and much leaner than before. At ~$ 6 each, why shouldn’t I just go to any other sandwich shop or maybe even Subway *shudder*. Now you may be thinking, «but surely the quality is much better than Subway!» Not that I could tell. I went around noon, and the sandwich was already hard and stale. I hate to leave a negative review for such nice people, but this place just isn’t worth going to anymore.
