As reported by others, Mark answered the phone when I called and scheduled a time that day to come by to give us an estimate. He arrived at the appointed time, we chatted for a few minutes, and then he gave us a very reasonable estimate (both time and cost) to clean our windows and screens two days later. On cleaning day Mark and Alex arrived right on time with all their equipment and did a terrific job cleaning our windows which now sparkle. As I said to them it would have taken us all day or longer to do the job… they did it in just a fraction of tht Thank you Mark and Alex for a job well done!!!

Called Mark on Saturday around Noon and he said he could come by within 90 minutes to give me a free estimate. He was prompt and so very nice. He talked about his family, some of his favorite tv shows, and his plans to sip wine in Napa the next day. =) After we agreed on a price, ($ 60 for 10 windows on the front of my house that have to be reached with a super long pole) he said he would check his appointment book to schedule a time. He called me 2 minutes later from his car and set the appointment for Tuesday at 9am.
He came by precisely at 9am on Tuesday and did a great job. I’ll be sure to call him when the windows need to be cleaned again.

I was a little hesitant to hire someone to clean my windows. As soon as I called Mark, he put me at ease. He came by the next day and called me back with a reasonable quote. After he came for the cleaning today, my windows are sparkling clean. Both Mark and Alex are personable, were kind to my dog, and they really took the time to take care of all of the details. I’ll definitely be calling Mark the next time the windows need cleaning. Thank you Mark!

Mark answered the phone immediately when I called and came by when he promised to quote. On the day of the cleaning I wasn’t ready (family issue) and he cheerfully adjusted his schedule to come back. The cleaning was wonderful, he was friendly to the pets, and even climbed the roof to do the skylights. All for a very reasonable rate. Polite, charming gentleman that I look forward to using again.
