I am sad that I have to move out of this wonderful apartment complex due to my new job in a new city. Management and maintenance is fantastic here. Always on time and very responsive. Despite so many residents, your requests and concerns are always noted and not neglected. Large and spacious apartment and very quite makes it a good living experience. Value for money!!! Low price and great apartment — a rare in the bay area :)

Living at Marymount Tower has been a pleasure for me and my family. It is the most affordable rent you can find in Redwood City where you still get a nice place to live. During our stay at Marymount, we got a brand new dishwasher and brand new carpets offered to us by the property manager because he felt ours weren’t up to standard. Maintenance cleans the lobby, trash room and halls every day and makes sure it is sanitary for the tenants. Along with your spacious apartment comes a large balcony with room for a barbeque, patio furniture or for storage. If you are looking to move in the Redwood City area on a budget definitely take a look at Marymount Tower, it will meet all your needs financially, space wise and location wise. It is a 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Redwood City. My family and I are sad to go and will miss living here!

Extremely limited parking. Slow ancient elevator that always breaks. Garbage chute often full of stuck garbage and reeking. Speaking of smells — expect an overwhelming smell of curry on most floors. This is very difficult to deal with if you have never experienced it before. The neighborhood is ghetto — dont park on the street if you like your windows. There is one big positive and the only reason for the 1 star: the walls are concrete so you dont hear your neighbors much. Overall, a real winner.
