Love the pizza here! The crust is the perfect thinness and crispy. I love the toppings! It really is one of our family’s favorite pizza places. My only complaint is that at about $ 4-$ 4.50 a slice, it seems a bit pricey. And if you’re not here for a movie, it’s not exactly convenient to access. Other than that, we love it!

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery while watching the playoff game. George told me it would be a 45 – 60 minute wait. My delivery arrived in 20. THANKSGUYS! Pizza was delicious and my order was exactly how I wanted it.

This is always a good option for a quick bite before a movie. I really like the option to buy by the slice. «A slice is nice.» While rarely available by the slice, my fav is the Manesa. Love what the ricotta cheese brings.

Last night was my 3rd time giving PMH a try — thankfully it was SUCCESS! First couple times I would give it 3 stars. Last night the BIGSUR was a 5. It was delicious. A lot of garlic but for those of you that like garlic its a GARLICFESTIVAL in your mouth! only con: a bit overpriced for the quality!

Love their slides and salads. Only thing your lucky if you find a spot to seat in the weekends or busy days. Is worth the wait!

Horrible place atleast in terms of customer service. The lady in d front spoke very rudely with us. We asked her about our pizza order and she even declined to look us in d eye. They did not even start our order until we had to literally call the supervisor. It’s really horrible customer service and we are definitely not coming back. Also after the wait the pizza was at best just OK.

This is a solid place to stop in for a slice. They always have a great variety ready to go into the oven for a few minutes. Whether you are adventurous or prefer to keep it simple, there is probably a slice or two that will be to your liking. Their prices are pretty reasonable and the pizza is always fresh and tastes great. I would be surprised if you had a bad experience here. Ever time I have been, the service has been great and the food has been worth returning. Must admit I have only been to this Redwood City location, but if it is any indication, you’re probably safe at any of these. This location also has a nice outdoor seating area and you really can’t go wrong if you are looking for a quick bite in Downtown Redwood City. Would/Will go again.

Ordered pizza from here on move-in day. Went for the combo and half-cheese/half-pepperoni. Both were delicious!

I love your pizza. Word of advice, require some brains and technological knowledge of your drivers. I ordered a pizza at 6:50pm and finally received it at 8:20pm, after several phone calls from your idiotic driver, asking for directions. It’s called GPS. It’s a common app on EVERY frickin phone on earth. I suggest you require your drivers have a fu**ing clue! I could’ve received a pizza faster via carrier pigeon. Pffft… Thanks for the cold pizza, dumbass. Get it together if you want repeat business!

Honestly this place is overhyped. It’s like a run down Pizza Hut. I enjoyed my soggy veggie pizza with some water. $ 4.50 for a piece of pizza with salad on top! Come on guy?!? Too much mula!

I chose to use PMH for a company event after another popular chain(right next door) dropped the ball on a order I already had a confirmation for! When I called PMH, I got the manager(sorry, i can’t recall his name) and when I told him my situation he said«I’m like a chiropractor, I got your back!» That right there made me literally LOL and I was on board and ready to order 25 pizza’s! The staff had less than 5 hours to get my order together and delivered! Not only did they help me select items for all my employee’s but he did it with a smile! When the team showed up with all our pizzas and salads, they were friendly and quick and said if we need anything else, to give them a call. PMH had me at hello! Thanks to the RWC staff for the quick turn around and super helpful accomodations!

Great selection of pizzas and grab and go salads with many dressings available. Always friendly service and environment. My kids love going here. Comfortable booths and fun themed restaurant. The combination and fig/bacon pizzas are my favorite. I’m going again today

When I can’t think of what else to have for lunch and I’ve ridden my bike around town for 10 minutes trying to figure it out, I like to Pizza My Heart. The food is always good and consistent and the young kids behind the counter are always edgy and classic pizza place by the sea young cute and messy haired with some body art and scruff and attitude. What you want in a surf pizza joint transplanted out of Santa Cruz and rooted in downtown Redwood City. But, it’s ironic, when you haven’t been to Pizza My Heart in years, when you see a meaningful friend, some one you love on the street and you’re just sitting there enjoying a pizza at a place with heart in its name. Irony, in a pepperoni pizza, and that you’re at Pizza My Heart when that happens, because it could just as easily have happened at Pizza My Stomach, Pizza My Ear, Pizza My Foot, Pizza My Wrist. But it Happens At Pizza My Heart. Do pizza’s make a shriek when they are diced up under the roller knife? Do they let out a cry for help when they are tossed with still a piece of untasted crust or mushrooms into the waste? Those poor abandoned pizzas. /As you’re munching on a fresh from the oven combo in the boiling sun, contemplating the new buildings going up over around Redwood City and you see down the way the familiar friendly walk and hair and you get up and run over and go Hey! hoping for a ‘oh jeez it’s you smile and friendly conversation’ and in slow motion and there’s no sound only the echoey sound of flip flops walking on sidewalk, they go hey and turn… … … and it’s like you’re invisible, like you’re The Invisible Man red faced and they just said Hey because they were thinking of the word hey but didn’t see you and they turned into the Salon seeking refuge like some kind of movie. So, you stand there for 10 seconds before you limp back over to Pizza My Heart and your pizza and your coke and nearly choke and wonder what just happened and why and just sit there and eat your pizza for comfort.

pretty standard«pmh» in downtown rwc. i’ve actually been here a few times since moving to rwc a few years ago, and thus my husband and i have been racking up the stamps on their frequent pizza customer loyalty cards! they have the usual set of regular pizzas as well as the rotating daily special. on our recent saturday lunchtime visit, hubby ordered a slice of the chicken & bacon, i ordered a slice of the super veggie, and we picked a chicken walnut salad to share. hubby’s pizza was ready almost immediately, but mine took some time since they’d just sold their last slice of super veggie and needed to put a fresh one in the oven. although they gave an estimate of 10 minutes, i felt like i was waiting forever for my slice, maybe b/c i was super hungry! good thing i had the chicken salad to munch on to start filling my empty tummy! at least when my slice was finally ready, it was piping hot, to the point where i actually had to eat it very very slowly, lest i burn my tongue! customer service here is pretty standard, and there is one unisex restroom in the rear, to the side. sometimes there is a line, when everyone needs to go! street parking is available at the meters, or underneath the restaurant in the jefferson garage.

This chain has gone way down hill since the days of amazing pizza in Capitola. Today I was served by surly staff, the store was nasty dirty, they were out of ice, no meat pizzas at all — and when I asked they seemed to dismiss me. The pizza slices are smaller than they used to be and MUCH thinner… Corprate made shitty pizza… frozen pizza from safeway is better. I will write this place of my pizza list. What a shame. UPDATE: within 24 hours of posting this review I was contacted by customer service. They stated they would take a look at this location. I’m glad to see a quick response, now lets see if things change. I will update soon.

This is a review of their delivery service. The first time I ordered delivery everything went OK, although the pizza wasn’t quite as good as it is in the restaurant itself. The second time there were several problems. I used their web site to reorder the exact same things I ordered the first time. Half an hour later they phoned to say they were confused by my order. It was the exact same order, so I didn’t understand why they had a problem with it this time. Plus, it’s half an hour after I ordered and only now are they making the pizzas? Then a while later someone comes to the door, delivers one pizza, and is like«Um, I forgot your second pizza, so I have to go back for it.» That pizza had an overcooked crust and wasn’t very warm. The second pizza, when it finally arrived, was OK. But the whole thing was rather more of a hassle than I want from a pizza delivery experience.

While I have only been to two pizza my heart locations, this one was pretty good as it gets a lot of traffic from the movie theaters nearby. Although the lines can be long on a good weekend, it does go quickly. Definitely recommend grabbing a couple of slides before your movie. My favorites are the pepperoni, big sur, and definitely try their specials!

Chicken & bacon pizza slice is evil. It gets you hooked up for ever! Be warned! :) Also the once with mushrooms are pretty good. Basically everything. Oh well, what did I tell you. This place is evil. :)

A slice and a brew is round 7 n a half bucks, not bad. Slices after being warmed up can be in your piehole within 4 – 5 minutes. Sweet. The dough is on the thinner side and quite light. The flavor of the sauce is almost invisible. The quality of the toppings are okay. This pizza is not great by any means, but it also so non-offensive that it literally serves its purpose. Pizza My Heart to pizza in my bellay. A-OK
