If there was a way to give this guy 0 stars I would. He was brought on by the courts to be my public defender. At first he came off as someone genuinely concerned about my case, boy did that change quickly. He seemed to be working with the district attorney more than me. He didn’t fully explain the details of my plea deal and it was my very first time having to go through any kind of court so I assumed my pd would have my best interest in hand. Let’s not mention that on our numerous meetings he seemed more focused on my chest then on my eyes. What a perv. Then the day of my sentencing he didn’t even say anything in my defence and once it was over he walked out never to be heard from again. He didn’t stop to talk to my parents he didn’t come in the holding cell and explain anything that just happened. There I was 22 my first time in trouble and now confused and on my way to prison for 3 years for something my now probono attorney says I should have never served that much time for. I’ve been out over three years successfully completed parole and now trying to get my charged expunged because this no good lawyer didn’t help what so ever. Word to the wise unless you enjoy doing jail time run run run as fast as you can away from this guy. He is definitely more on the side of working for the DA. Thanks a lot for your fine attributes to the justice system Mr. Pomeroy.

Very lazy attorney. Does not care about his clients at all! Run run fast!
