I own an operate a board and care home for the elderly in Redwood Shores. I hire Pro Staff Carpet Cleaning to shampoo my carpets and upholstery on a regular basis. My carpets and recliners are often soiled by food and urine. RJ does an amazing job every time! Very professional, honest reliable and reasonable rates.

It’s hard to find somebody that runs an honest business now in days. RJ is the best. He took the time to show me his equipment and it’s very evident that he takes pride in his work. We have toddlers at my house and our old carpet was completely thrashed. Big big difference before and after. I feel like we just bought new carpets! No Grumpy Grandma!
I had my two beautiful granddaughters visiting for a month for the summer and when they returned home I had everything in my carpet imaginable.
Somethings really make you panic! Those little red juice boxes were forbidden from the house after the first spill but it’s no fun trying to regulate what your babies have.
It feels like you are the food police so I eventually just let it slide.
Even my vacuum was defeated by gold fish crackers and I had to get a new one.
I used Prostaff Carpet Cleaning to take care of the bigger stains:

Marker ink
Pen ink on my chairs (My little artists)
Spaghetti Sauce
This list goes on and I really never thought these would all come out so to my amazement, I was wrong.
My carpet looks just like it did before the visit! You would never know that a 2 year old and an 8 month were there for a month!
This company is thorough, friendly and informative.

We had an emergency water heater leak right before the 4^th of July holiday… water was gushing out all over our warehouse, and we called pro staff as he had cleaned our floors in our office before… he came to the rescue… sucked all of the water out, dried all of our floors and was back over the holiday weekend to be sure when we came into work on Monday, that the place was back together and perfect! He saved us thousands of dollars, and has always done an amazing job for us. Highly recommended!!!

I called and had RJ clean all the flooring in the apartment I was moving out of after two years, and WOW! Two years, in a small-​ish apartment can wreak havoc on some carpets, and when RJ was done they looked brand new! Not only that, he was extremely professional and friendly. Great work!
