I agree with Jan D. — UNRELIABLE. I had an evening appointment for a Brazilian blowout the day before going on vacation. I received a text that afternoon saying the couldn’t make it. She really didn’t seem too apologetic — I would have felt awful knowing I put a client up sh*t creek right before vacation. She didn’t offer any suggestions on where I could go on such late notice. Just one text saying she needed to move my appointment to another day. Yeah, right. Not gonna waste my time with an unreliable person again! DON’T recommend if you value your time and expect professionalism.

This salon/​stylist is unreliable and I would not recommend anyone taking a chance of making an appointment with her .
I made an appointment with Rebecca online. She then texts to indicate that the system was not up to date and that she is actually not available for the time I booked. So we then reschedule and she confirms.
The day prior to my new rescheduled appointment I receive an automatic email confirming my hair appointment.
Day of the appointment, I arrive 10 minutes early and no one is at her station (note her salon is located in a building with other individual hair salon stations.)
I wait another 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment to text her and I do not receive any response back.
I decide, ok let me just go to the local world market close by and do some window shopping to give her a chance to respond back. 30 minutes later I come back to her station and it’s still empty.
And at this point still no response to my text.
Don’t risk choosing this business unless, you want to waste your time and have a no show for your appointment!

Have been to Rebecca twice, once for a Brazilian blowout and second brought my daughter in for a cut and style. Rebecca is meticulous and provides a high quality service. I am very glad I found Rebecca !

I went to see Rebecca for a Brazilian Blowout and she did an awesome job! I loved how fast she was and my hair has remained silky, smooth and straight!

I have tried it all from relaxers to extensions, and nothing seemed to help my hair from breaking. Rebecca worked her magic and gave me a Brazilian Blowout and a trim. My hair is healthy, soft, 100% more manageable, and on top of all that, it’s growing! I drive an hour and a half each way to get my hair done by Rebecca because she is that amazing!

Rebecca is awesome. She is a pro at doing Brazilian Blowout Zero for me a few times. (Non formaldehyde formula) She is very professional and prompt about confirming and rescheduling appointments. I highly recommend her

I initially found Rebecca through a Groupon when my previous hairdresser moved to the city. I’m so glad I did! I’ve been going to her ever since and have always been very happy with the results. I normally don’t follow a hairdresser when they move but I did for Rebecca — she’s worth it! She’s good at what she does, very reasonably priced, listens to what her clients want, works efficiently and is a pleasure to be with. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a job well done at a great value.

I have never written a Unilocal review but I had to for Rebecca. I came to see her with dull, lifeless hair that I had been neglecting for 5 months. She just knew what to do to my hair and understood exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with the lowlights and highlights she put in. She even offered to add more highlights later in the week free of charge if I wanted more. She was really conscientious of my time as well. I can’t recommend her enough!

The salon she’s at is a great set up, instead of a row of seats with a bunch of hair dressers, she has her own room. It’s a great little place :)

Rebecca Wraxall has moved! She has a wonderful space of her very own at 2115 Broadway in Redwood City. Same great work on my thin, tired hair. Miracle worker for me!
I have very fine and thin hair which becomes sleek and chic with a bit of attention from Rebecca. She has cut and highlighted my hair for years, allowing me a touch of gray peeking through a shiny, swingy ‘do’. I’m reviewing her today because I was in C & L Davis Salon where she’s located today for a cut and color and just got a compliment from a neighbor! Thank you, Rebecca!
