I don’t care what the other reviews say. The staff is nice and the food is edible, unlike Philz. Also their management gives a sh*t, also unlike Philz.

Need more employees working on the weekend. There are 20 people in line almost every weekend and only 3 – 4 employees. Even during non busy times they are slow. Definitely not at the same pace as other starbucks. They need a great manager that can push their employees to work harder. It doesn’t seem like they have one.

First time here. PROs: It seems like a new spot-i didn’t see any fraying around the edges. Drink order was correct. CONs: bathroom was a mess (wet floor, almost out of soap) at 10am. Parking. Seems like training was going on. Instead of calling out my order, he was chatting with co-worker.

So disappointing. Every time I come here to get a Chicken and Hummus pack for my son they NEVER have it. I understand it’s popular so why not stock some more? I’ve come at all different times and still no luck. Frustrating!!!
