Taco Bell

I don’t usually care to review a fast food joint but this review is based solely on their cleanliness and environment. The store was super clean and their interior is really nice and pleasing to the eyes. Not sure how it is when it’s busy since I came here around dinner time.

DO NOT GO HERE. The el Camino real one is better than this garbage. They keep messing up people’s orders, and I am no exception.
One day, me and a friend of mine wanted to order food at Taco Bell. I went to the drive thru, and ordered a few items off the menu and requested that some of those items to be vegetarian, As my friend is vegetarian. When we took the food home, we started eating it. A half hour later, my friend started having a tummy ache and then went to the bathroom to puke. We found out that there was meat in his food, and it tasted raw. I went back to the Taco Bell place and simply wanted my money back. The person who took my order said that everything was vegetarian, when in fact I only wanted certain items to be vegetarian. Then, a coworker friend of his started arguing and said it could have been something he ate this morning… Taco Bell was our first meal of the day (we ordered at 2pm). Needless to say, I finally got my money back after threatening to report the restaurant to the BBB.

Have to say I’m a bit shocked this location has a better rating than the one on El Camino. Have been here maybe 6 times total and at least twice the order was wrong in some way (wrong drink or missing item). Today not only was an item missing but some of the rice in my burrito was rock hard! Seriously I don’t know if it was over cooked or under cooked but there’s nothing more distressing than biting down on something hard that supposed to be soft.

Great place but they need to pay attention to what people order they always mess my order up or I do not receive one of my items very frustrating

**Food Alergy Alert**I am extremely allergic to tomatoes. I ordered a nacho bellgrande, no tomato. When I get my food home. it is piled high with tomatoes… even under the cheese.
I won’t be visiting again. This taco bell is going to kill me.

No complaints thus far. I went through drive through and their menu where you confirm your order is so nice looking (better than McDonalds). They were quite fast about your order too.

The staff is always very friendly. From the time you walk up to the cashier to order to the time you pick up your order. They treat you with respect and even take time to explain the new food items. And the prices are reasonable (especially compared to SF). That’s all you can ask for in a fast food restaurant where the food in all the other restaurants are all the same.

This is a Taco Bell of the 21^st century. It looks like it belongs in a tech company cafeteria with all the modern seating area. Kind of fancy. I believe they even have an electrical port in one area so you can be on your laptop. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location… knock on wood. This is kind of my main stop every time I need to hit up Kaiser. Way better than the Belmont Taco Bell, my local spot. Time to get your T-​Bell on.

I went to this Taco Bell location with my husband for dinner. We decided to do the drive-​thru, because the inside was nasty. There was no one in the drive-​thru at all. The guy taking our order was rude and couldn’t get the order right. I finally started speaking louder until I was almost yelling. Receipt said no tomatoes on all the items I ordered for myself, due to food allergies.
When receiving my food and my families food we had none of the taco sauce I had ordered, no napkins or forKs for my nacho belgrande.
I had a ton of tomatoes on my burrito supreme, and our soda had all carbonated water and no flavor. 2 Pepsi’s couldn’t be told from their new manzanita drink.
I am getting fed up for paying outrageous prices and getting crap food and service… oh and did I mention no one was there and we had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring my items out to the parking lot?
I am getting to the point where I don’t even want to eat Taco Bell period… it is getting expensive and their food is getting crappier and more generic every time I visit one which isn’t often due to my husband being an ex employee and burning me out on it!

Went here for a quick lunch today. The seating is more comfortable than other Taco Bells. Dining room capacity is 35. There is counter seating with electrical outlets but no wifi. Strange.

Love Taco Bell, but this place isn’t for me. Twice ordered from here and get my food wrongs

Closes at midnight parking lot is always filthy get accosted by a homeless people at the drive thru. don’t even know why I come here.

Majorly skimp out on toppings. Then when I complain about it, they force me to pay 40 cents for more. Not that I can’t afford 40 cents but its the principle. I got a 5lb tray of nachos with literally a teaspoon of guac. I’ll make nachos myself at home next time.
This Taco Bell literally spent 5 minutes arguing with me that this was enough guac.

I’ve had a much different experience here than other people it seems. I visited this location maybe 2 weeks ago. I went through the drive through and got one burrito. They didn’t give me napkins. No big deal. I went back the next day. This time, I ordered two items. I reach the window and the guy asks if I want sauce. I say yes, mild sauce. He takes the order of another person while he hands me my purchase. He asks if I want sauce again. I say yes, mild sauce. The wrappers of my burrito were WET. Uh, the wrapper is there to keep your hands clean. It was gross to reach in the bag with a wet wrapper. Also, he in fact asked twice if I wanted sauce, and gave me no sauce. At least I got 2 napkins this time. Get it together Taco Bell!

Called here for Tacos for 100. Residents of a redwood city fire. Nelson Santos stepped up! In a big way. 350 Tacos! They were fresh, warm and very delicious. Not to mention very appreciated. Friendly service great tacos what more can you ask for.

Pretty average Taco Bell — I’m a much bigger fan of the one near my house in Sunnyvale. The food came out quickly and the staff was efficient, but the food itself wasn’t as good as it usually is. Definitely didn’t fully stuff the burritos, so it was a whole lot of tortilla and very little on the inside. Don’t think I will be back.

This place deserves a review. Service was good and didnt forget anything. What prompt me to write a review was my mexican pizza and tacos were fully stuffed. Super dooper meat and beans in my mexican pizza and alot of meat in my tacos. Usually taco bell always skimps. Not bad taco bell: D

A four star taco bell? I will say that when I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. It looked nothing like any other TB I’ve been in. It looked like it was completely remodeled. In fact, it had somewhat of a trendy hotel feel to it since there were high top tables with tall chairs as well as low tables with comfy benches. HUH? A bit odd but okay, I will say it was pretty darn clean. I tried one of those Doritos Locos tacos too… not bad but I’m a Fresco kinda guy… I’d come back though. Check it out for yourself!

WOW. Let me tell you, a phenomenal Taco Bell. You’re probably thinking, it’s just another fast food chain. But, we had a special event here, and the workers and manager’s directions were absolutely outstanding.
Special event? Yes, my friend decided to throw her new hubby a surprise birthday party at his favorite fast food joint. What started out as a joke, came into fruition after she phoned this location which she knew had been recently remodeled, and after speaking with the manager, he was more than happy to save us space for our surprise event.
We arrived 30 minutes early to set up, and they blocked off half the restaurant for us. It was quite trendy for a TB, with cute bench areas and low tables. We set up balloons, had an Avengers «pin the star on the shield» taped, and some decorations. The worker (wish I caught her name) was more than helpful and great. She brought us a dozen or so cinnamon twists to get our party started, and later, when we went to purchase food and drinks, they gave us a dozen large cups on the house! What service we didn’t expect! For them to not only reserve us half of their restaurant (which isn’t huge), but to give us freebies and bring us tubs of all their different hot sauces, and give us extra attention, we were in awe of how a fast food joint could do this all for free! Definite gratitude and appreciation for this location! Will definitley be back when I’m in the area!

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for years and they are really good. They always get my vegetarian items correct and the food tastes good. The workers are also friendly and the inside is always clean. Definately one of the best Taco Bells I’ve been to.
