Justin Hsiang is expert for work visa! I decided to take a job offered by a new employer willing to sponsor a work visa for me, however the H1-B season just passed and I will need to wait until October next year to start this job. No wanting to waste any time waiting, I consulted Mr. Hsiang about my available work visa options. He was well-experienced and asked very specific questions to help think outside the box for possibilities. In the end, Mr. Hsiang determined that I qualified for E-2 treaty investor visa, and helped very much throughout the process.
