I have eaten both in restaurant and ordered online for delivery. Both were excellent experiences. Crisp salads filled with toppings and delicious pizzas. The whole family loves in and the service is great. I like the option of using vegan cheese on any pizza too!

Okay, second time ordering a salad with a balsamic dressing. It’s straight up olive oil. I’m really disappointed. Where is the balsamic? salads are supposed to be healthy. Might as well eat it without dressing. I’m so annoyed.

My 1st time here and my last time here. Unless you like paper thin crust, I didn’t know that they had thin crust when I ordered. And I didn’t like the sauce, was bland to me. I really didn’t care for the whole pizza at all. Sorry.

Most satisfying meal I’ve had for lunch. Super yummy! I love Thin Crust pizza. Price is decent and the service is excellent. I will definitely come back. Just wished I have a bigger stomach to eat more. Also had their Ceasar Salad and love it also. YUMMM

I don’t know why this is called an East Coast Pizzeria– it is NOT! If you are desperate, the pizza is acceptable, but I’ve had better on the peninsula –and certainly better on the east coast. I tried this place out because they delivered to my apartment when I lived in Redwood Shores. I doubt I’d do so again now that live elsewhere. Pro tip: don’t bother with the pizza– order the Kale and Quinoa salad with Shallots and goat cheese– probably the best thing on the menu.

Amici’s Redwood Shores side of the restaurant pick-up spot with its own parking and service attendants who jump to help you the moment you walk in is the BEST!!! They must love what they do! Highly recommended!

Amicis is slightly more expensive than I would like. BUT it delivers consistently good pizza to my family of pizza eaters. Highly recommend adding fresh garlic to your pizza. and for those of you carcinogen adverse, you can order pizza with an extra light crust. Their artichoke panzanella salad is also terrific. Pastas are yummy and family sized. However, if you live close, I recommend doing the«pick up» option. We’ve had pizza delivered by them before and it always took over an hour. But takes them under 10 minutes to make. So we generally order and then get in the car(we live 5 minutes away). By the time we get there(after finding car keys, wallet, driving, etc) pizza is done and ready to take home. For us this is the best option if looking for a last minute weeknight meal.

My work gets delivery from here 1 – 2 times a month and it’s just… terrible. I don’t know how people think Amici’s is good; granted I am eating pizza that’s been delivered, heated for 30 minutes while being delivered, but without fail their pizzas exhibit the following characteristics: 1. Looks flat and smashed while looking greasy and soggy 2. Tastes like cardboard 3. The dough is so chewy that my jaw gets tired from eating the pizza about 3 – 4 slices in. For the last 2 years I have never had a better experience than described, and I still can’t figure out why people like this place. Perhaps in-restaurant is better, but given how the pizza tastes I doubt it’d be enough for me to change my opinion on them. The spinach + feta + bacon salads are good, though.

most of the time this is the closest you can get to authentic New York style pizza. It is still not like being in nyc but it’s the closest the Peninsula can get. When they deliver you will have to wait interminably long so be prepared but most of the time the food is worth it. Once when I had an issue they replaced the pie but then I had to wait another hour.

I ordered delivery yesterday and pizza was amazingly fast but all I got even though I requested a «gourmet vegetarian» pizza with artichokes was 1 bell pepper per slide, two olives and a leaf of artichoke ;(everything else was empty and this was a very large pizza for $ 40. There were no contents ;(

Had dinner with the kid after his karate class. We started with the spinach salad. Very yummy. The bacon its great and if just is great to share. Then we had the pesto salad with clam. Another great dish andof course the pizza: we had the Amicis combo. It was a great pizza. It’s a thin crust. The toppings were fresh and delicious, cheese percect. Items a great experience. Thanks Amicis.

Best Pizza in the Bay Area. Our family enjoyed an amazing dinner at Amici’s. Pizza was cooked to perfection, table service was great and the staff was wonderful. Thanks Amici’s for a great evening!

A huge thank you to Amici’s for our impeccable service last night. No, not table service… but customer service. Apparently, they had a black out last night – lights out, computers out, ovens out. Nothing worked. Having no idea of this we placed an order online and expected delivery by about 8.30pm. When they were 15 mins late(which they never are, and usually early) I called them and learned about the power outage. As we were placing our new order I got a knock on the door. Turns out they did get our order just before the power went out and sent it to Menlo Park instead! Thanks Amici’s for ensuring we got our pizza fix and sorry to the poor driver from Menlo Park who came so far. Oh, and the pizza was fab!

Delicious. I ordered: Cheese Ravioli with Pesto Wild Baby Arugula, Crimson Grape and Fennel Salad w/Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette Side of Grilled Hot Italian Sausage The salad was my favorite. The combination of flavors was perfect! The food was delivered promptly, I ordered at 9:43pm and it got to my house at 10:15. Hot stuff hot, cold stuff cold. Will order from here again!

I very much like Amici’s, and I am limiting this review to their gluten-free veggie pizza. It is supposed to be green peppers, caramelized onions, mushrooms and olives. I substituted roasted garlic for the olives. Well, this pizza is FULL of green peppers — and the green peppers were really tasteless. Really, no taste. Nothing. Zippo. Very, very few mushrooms, just a few, not even a handful, more like a pinch(unlike their excellent«Amici’s combo pizza), and just a few — I tasted two — cloves of roasted garlic. Amici’s is a really excellent place but I have to call them out on the ‘veggie’ pizza, its overwhelming(yet underwhelming) green peppers and overall lack of balance or any flavor in this pizza. Sorry, Amici’s. Excellent, excellent service as usual, and the arugula, fennel, radish and crimson grape salad was very, very good — but, as I said, I’m keeping this review, or at least the rating, to the veggie pizza(I’ve given Amici’s five star reviews before). One more thing: they have a happy hour, 3 to 5:30 pm. During happy hours pizzas are always half cost, PLUS another set of menu items is at 50%(varies by the day).

Had a pleasant dinner here with the Mom and Sis last night. I haven’t had Amici’s in years. Our waiter was very attentive & nice. Ordered: gnocchi with butter and parmesan — SOGOOD– we shared and demolished it mild lemon garlic wings — so delicious — squeeze the lemon all over it and you’re good to go mini — amici combo with anchovies — 4 mini slices that was the perfect amount for me :) Everything was so good — I want to go back today! LOL

I am a fan of our local joint that offers free delivery! Also, their salads and thin crust pizzas are worth mentioning. Pastas and lasagnas, while abundant in quantity, lack in quality. That said, we’re patrons! Plentiful parking. Family friendly. No outdoor seating(I think in «Summer» they had some tables), so no dogs :(

Went in for a dinner of a Friday night with the family. This seems to be a place with a fair amount of regulars which sat at the table behind us and a lot of families with kids. We got a large ½ amici’s combo, ½ new haven white clam pizza, bread-sticks and meatballs with sauces. All of the food here tastes really good. Meatballs were juicy and had good flavor, we dipped the breadsticks in the sauce and that was good. The breadsticks are fresh and they cover them in chopped basil. Service was good and food came out in a fair amount of time. I would probably give it 3.5 stars since this is a little pricier than your average pizza joint. Almost $ 30 for a large pizza and $ 4 ea for the breadsticks and meatballs. Overall it was nice and easy to go here with the family, us plus the baby. They even make a small sippy cup for the kids with a small plastic cup. We’ll come back when craving New York style pizza.
