My doctor told me that he thought I was constantly sick because of mold. Thanks for coming out so quickly to inspect my home and an even bigger thanks for finishing the remediation in a timely manner. I feel great! Thanks Servpro!

We had a roof leak due to the El Nino rains. Will Wheeler and his team were great: professional, on time, and courteous. The team was very thorough in carrying out their work, and I felt comfortable that they cleaned out the resulting mold from the rain damage. They were also meticulous in their clean-up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Will and his team if you need to use this type of service!

I had a very good experience with Servpro on assessing and orchestrating the clean up of water damage from a broken water heater at our office headquarters. I have insurance which covered this damaged so did not have to be concerned with finances. But the Servpro team was extremely efficient and thorough. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was handled for me from start to finish. I was very impressed.

I had a situation where I had a bathtub overflow into another unit in one of my rental properties this is a situation that is stressful and frustrating for everybody that was involved. Tammy Jensen the project manager was excellent to work with and so comforting through this whole process. I hired a hygienist myself instead of going through someone recommended by Tammy big mistake! he was awful and made the situation a lot more stressful then it had to be plus he wasn’t honest and charged more money then needed. We had Servpro clean the unit until all air samples were cleared and they did a great job-they needed to come back because of the hygienist(no mistakes of Servpro) and she assured me that the samples would clear and she was right. I would highly recommend this company efficient, honest and a pleasure to work with-thanks again Tammy for all your help.

If you deal with this company, be sure to get an estimate in writing before you let them do anything. From the comments I’ve seen by others, if you hire them on a cash basis, they’re OK, but if they’re being paid by your insurance company, look out! My experience with them after losing everything to fire, water and smoke damage was horrible. Any reputable company would explain up front what will need to be done and what that will cost, and Servpro most definitely doesn’t do that, taking advantage of the fact that disaster victims are in a state of shock. There aren’t that many companies who do what they do, so if you chose to use their services, just remember, get an estimate in writing before you let them do anything at all. The only positive thing I have to say is the young women who came out to bring me my salvaged items were very polite and hard working.

The guys at Servpro are awesome! We recently did a renovation in our office and quite a few stains appeared on our carpet after. They were able to get out 90% of the stains! We were expecting a good job to be done, but they exceeded our expectations! Chris and Jay were just great to work with! I will definitely be using them for any future carpet cleaning!

I have only dealt with them once, and I hope once is enough. On October 13th we had that storm in SF where over 2″ of rain was dumped on us. The next morning, I awoke to «drip, drip, drip» in my living room. I know that sound well. Our insurance company uses ServPro for water damage, so our neighbor with whom we share the roof contacted them. They were so courteous, they wore paper slippers in our house, just very service-oriented. The guy explained everything they were going to do, went over the paperwork we needed to sign, etc. They put in the drying equipment on the 14th, and returned 48 hours later on the 16th to take away the equipment. They went into the attic to check if everything was dry with this gadget that detects moisture. All in all, they were efficient, courteous, clean, and helpful. We would use them again, whether through our insurance or not.

I liked this company when it was small… But to compensate for their commercials, they have raised their prices significantly. They had cleaned my carpets a few times, but have found someone else with more competitive of pricing.

I had water damage due to a washing machine overflowing, and my insurance company hooked me up with ServPro. One of the managers, Clay, came in and was helpful and gave me a reasonable estimate and set up the repairs. Every day for a week, they came back to check on things. Every day I heard something different from a technician about how much more repair I needed(ripping out walls, floors, etc.) Any time I would ask for an estimate, I would get replies such as: «We can’t give you an estimate, we just do the work and then know how much it costs.» !!! Or, infuriatingly, «It depends on how much your insurance company will cover.» Seeing as I had an astronomical deductible, I kept explaining to them that the insurance company was irrelevant(plus, how would the estimate depend on who is paying?) I brought 2 outside people in to check the damage who said that ServPro was probably trying to rip me off, and that walls and floors didn’t need to be ripped out(beware the cry of «prevent mold!») I could never even get ServPro to sit down with me and explain why they felt all the additional repairs were necessary, and never got the new estimate. I told them to stop the work and they said«Well that makes sense, since your deductible is so high.» Again, if the repairs really need to be done, why is that relevant?
