One of our favorite place to eat! Always friendly, great food and the owner always mixes my husbands favorite drink. Highly recommended!

While some of the food here was excellent(potato skins and hot wings were perfect), there were a lot of problems. First, we needed to flag down the bartender to flag down the hostess to seat us. Second, the waitress didn’t know any details about the menu. She actually used the words«I’m guessing» when answering a simple question about wording. Third, they messed up two out of the three orders in my party, and fourth, it took about ten minutes on a mostly empty night to bring a beer to our table. Would be diners should note that the«chili» is actually just ground beef and beans. It’s not actually chili. We got the chili fries(beans, meat, and cheese over fries– not clear in the menu) it was not bad, but it wasn’t what we expected or what we wanted.

The food here was pretty good. It was packed when we were there, so the service was a little slow, but our waitress was very nice and kept us up to date the whole time. Sangria was excellent and the appetizers were good. Highly recommend the nachos and the calamari. Menu has a lot of options and the entrees we selected were delicious — especially the paella! Would recommend to a friend and will definitely be going back.

Went to Barts for mothers day dinner. Excellent food. So friendly. Even gave me a rose before I left. Very nice place.

We left after we ate our appetizers. The restaurant was empty at 8PM on a Saturday night, so that was the first clue. My boyfriend ordered a double shot of Jack and it was watered down, and the menu was a strange hodgepodge of Italian(from the old menu), Mexican and American. The service was rushed but we made sure not to order entrees until we received our appetizers. The jalapeño poppers were very low quality and they were served with marinara sauce? The chili and chips was ok but it was dry. We gladly went to Longhorn Steakhouse.

We almost walked out before ordering because we were the only ones in the restaurant at 6 pm on Saturday(didn’t think that was a good sign) and we could smell smoke from the bar. However, we stuck it out and ended up loving it. The Prime Rib, fresh veggies and Sangria were wonderful. The staff and owner were great but we could have done without the cigarette smell.

Went to the bar to watch the hockey playoffs. The bartender was great. Didn’t get her name but she’s very nice and attentive. Beer is cheap. Place smells of smoke and you week too. Sewer smell when the men’s room is used. Avoid the bar if you can

Looking at the other two reviews between them they have covered almost everything. We tried this place for the first time and it was pretty good. What we found: — The atmosphere is nothing special, very generic — Service, fantastic, the waitress was alone and there were a number of tables that came in at the same time — she did a great job for us. — Food was good, very large portions for the price you pay, I hope they are making enough $$ to stay open! I did smell the smoke at the end of our meal that someone had mentioned smelling in a previous review — I don’t know if it is seeping through from the bar below the restaurant? I would come back and grab another meal here in the future and will add it to my places to consider stopping.

My wife and I finally stopped and had dinner at Bart’s Bar and Grill(formerly La Vina) on rt 715 in Reeders, PA. We have driven by here on the way to, or returning from, wine tastings at PA Fine Wines & Spirits in Mt Pocono dozens of times. The buzz about the paella being good finally roped us in. We went again last night to celebrate a b’day. The food and service are wonderful; and prices reasonable. The restaurant is sparkling clean; owners very friendly; and wait staff smiling and efficient. Unlike the experience of the previous poster, neither my wife or I smelled a trace of smoke either time we dined at Bart’s. We were disappointed Bart’s did not have a wine list, but the owner produced a couple bottles of Rioja. We went for the Marques de Caceres Rioja Crianza Red 2009. It was a beautiful wine with lovely nose, and nice balance. We will certainly return!

The food was delicious … the prices are great and the portions are huge! Sangria is a must try … it is outstanding. The service is great, the owner is very friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give this place five stars was because they allow smoking in part of the building so the whole place smells like smoke. I am a smoker myself however I hate smoking in a food establishment.
