I have called several times to check on future arrangements for my 91 yr ok’d mother. No one returns my calls. I inquiring at her request but live 200 miles away and can only do business by phone. She has Parkinson’s disease and can’t maneuver a call or remember the questions she wants to ask. It’s hard enough to talk /​think about these things but the least that could happen would be a response! I will not be using this facility and I don’t think anyone else should either !
