20 minutes for a extra value meal. Horrible horrible service. My expectations were already low but not low enough I guess

9:45 at night. Just waited 15 minutes to get to window after ordering to be told I had to be parked while I wait for my food. Worst McDonalds ever

Ordered six chocolate chip cookies and got them PLUS part of an unfortunate mouse. The management refused to replace or refund. Only go here if you’re hungry for fur.

I dont go to McDonald’s very often but every time I go here they either screw up the order or the food is terrible.

No zero stars? I went to grab a quick bite. I’ve had bad experiences with the drive through, but I figured that it wasn’t that big a deal. The line was probably 8 cars. How bad could it be. I waited more than 30 minutes. They had my order wrong. AFTER handing me the bag, they asked me to hand the bag back. They told me to pull ahead and wait. The car behind me went. I had to park and walk in to get my food. They handed me the bag as I was coming in. WRONG order again. Had to walk up to the counter and wait for the fries and soda. I got home and there was no salt on the fries. This was not a complicated order. Double quarter pounder meal, large with sprite with an extra order of french fries.
Granted this was 10 PM after Halloween, but they were not much busier than usual when I walked in. I would stay away from this location.

Worst experience ever! First of all I didn’t know McDonald’s could decide when they want to serve certain items. If you run out of something it’s fine. But I’ve gone through the drive thru several times and they all of a sudden «are not serving sausage burritos» hmmm interesting cuz it’s on the breakfast all day menu. THEN they park me which they ALWAYS do and when I told the girl at the window she just said «sorry you ordered breakfast» ok fine I get it. Then they bring me my food after 10 min and as I was about to pull away someone else runs to my car and says they gave me the wrong food. She grabs the bag out of my hands and reaches in and grabs the hash browns out of the bag with her bare hands and throws them in a new bag with the actuall food I ordered then runs off and shouts out «have a nice day». I was literally in disbelief the only word that came out was «wow». They should just close that McDonald’s they have such horrible staff and wait times. I complain every time yet still go expecting it to be horrible and this was the last and final straw. I’m NEVER going back there!

This location I would really stray away from. I have personally seen store supervisors come out of the restrooms without washing their hands. Not only is that disgusting, but when I tried to point it out, the supervisor just hid in the back room until I left. Just go to Carl’s Jr. across the street, the food is better and they actually follow the safety guidelines.

This McDonald’s location made me feel disgusted with the hamburgers there and for that reason I don’t like the hamburgers they serve. This wasn’t the only problem I had encountered the workers there were pretty rude and had a bad attitude when I asked for ketchup.

Wow. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a fast food chain in my life then when I went here.
I came 30 minutes before they closed. I saw one car ahead of me speak to the drive threw and turn around without getting food. When I drove up and tried to order they told me they were out of fries. Then they told me they weren’t serving soft serve and smoothies that late!
Boldface lies to get out of having to clean. I couldn’t believe they were actually doing this. One other person in the order area next to me backed out of the drivethru too so obviously this was some tactic they use. I hope corporate reads this. I don’t care if you work at a McDonald’s that doesn’t mean you can be rude and chase customers away! Go to the Carl’s Jr across the street. Better food and service no matter how close to closing,

I can’t stand writing bad reviews, which is why I haven’t reviewed this McDonalds until now. Well. Here it is: For every good experience I have had here, I’ve had four or five bad experiences. 1:6 is not good. For starters, my order is constantly wrong. If I pay extra for sauces, they forget them. Or give me some random sauce I didn’t even know they have here. Once I asked for ranch bbq and sweet and sour. Saw it on the screen. Paid the extra 50¢, only to get a bbq and a raw honey packet. With the most perplexed face I drove home and explained to my wife how it wasn’t me, for the umpteenth time. Story two: I’ve driven up a handful of times around 8:30 during the heat of the summer seeking the same ice cream recipe I had when I was 5. You know it is, because you have instant flashbacks to being a kid. And they say over the speaker, «We’ve turned off all the ice cream machines for the night. No ice cream.» Holy cow. You must be kidding me. It’s 8:30pm and you are done serving ice cream for the day??? Fact three: they’re rude. Not all of them. By all means there are some great employees here, but unfortunately the bad apples stick out and have ruined the reputation of quality employees. All of the above must be a management problem. I can’t figure out what else it could be. I hope this place can change.

Most terrible McDonalds Ive ever been too and the employees are the rudest ever, there food is gross as well I dont know who manages this place but they need to make some changes and stat.

Gross and dirty

This place does really need to get their act together; clean it up, kick out the vagrants, organize your staff and offer the same menu that other McDonald’s. No angus burgers when I was there.

This place is horrible! Its dirty and smells like feet! The food takes forever and the staff is unorganized. Probably one of the worst mcdonalds I ever been in!
