terrible thrift store. if you find something nice, might as well buy it new for full price because the prices are NOT thrift store prices. $ 150 for a crib? go to walmart and get one for $ 125! i don’t care that it’s antique. if you want thrift store prices, go to salvation army or goodwill.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. I love that they have a big craft section where I can get all of my sewing notions for super cheap! I routinely find some really awesome vintage clothes there too! That being said, this past year I have been really disappointed every time I go in. I hardly ever buy anything outside of the craft section anymore because their pricing is getting ridiculous. I’ve seen stuff sit on their displays for months, even years because they price some of their stuff too high. I was ok with that because I was never looking to buy incomplete sets of china or silly«antique» knick knacks. Really guys? If it’s been there for more than 3 months you need to adjust your prices. You’re not helping as many people as you should be because you’re too stubborn to do what it takes to move your inventory. There’s a point where you just have to say to yourself, «No, I will not pay $x.xx for ______» and unfortunately I’ve had to say that more often than not.

This is a small thrift store run by older Christian ladies. The clothes selection is nothing special but they have a sort of back area where they carry books and furniture which is a lot better. The stuff is pretty cheap, too!
