I LOVE the food here, however it’s the customer service is AWFUL! The man this morning was getting impatient and rushed my order; meaning I was double checking with cousin to verify he wasn’t hungry and he (the man) kept telling me my total. I was thinking to myself damn chill. Food good, service bad that’s why it’s 3 stars… seriously considering 2 stars…

Food was really good. Salsa was nice and spicy beans and rice were authentic. Tacos were good.
Why 3 stars? Bad Attitude
They catered a party I was at this month. The man cooking/​serving had a terrible attitude. I thought it was maybe something I did, so I asked some others at this party and everyone I spoke to also complained about it.
I would not recommend them for catering for this reason. I would, however, recommend their food. Just go into the restaurant, and stay away from hiring them. Who wants a grumpy cook bringing down the party mood? I don’t.
Get happy.

I went on Unilocal looking for somewhere that has good Carna Asada tacos and this place has them hands down!!! The service was extremely fast n they was very nice!!! I really liked this place n they will continue to get my business!!!

The food isn’t great, not consistent in the taste either. I really dislike that they added pupusas to their menu. We all know they’re doing it to try and drive the pupuseria next door out of business. The customer service is fair. Sometimes there will be someone nice and other times there is someone rude. I would recommend going somewhere else, no doubt about it.

Wow, great food and very inexpensive! Will come again. Really nice people here and authentic Mexican atmosphere.
We had the tacos.. adobada, caritas, barbacoa, all great and a salsa bar!

It could be a little cleaner inside the place but they have good food and are a nice family business. Had the shrimp cocktail and almost overdosed on shrimp. They put a lot inside the goblet. The food isn’t quite as good as when the matriarch is in the kitchen. The other cooks just don’t care as much. Overall it’s a good place to eat.

Had the pastor tacos… the meat was fantastic! They come plain, just meat on tortillas. Shrimp tacos had more fixings with it and were also delicious. Fish tacos were good.
Chili Verde kinda plain… refried beans tasteless, rice was so so.
Nicely decorated and clean.
If you feel like tacos only, these are good. If you’re looking for plated Mexican dinners, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Ortega’s is a mobile meal service with no wheels. Food Trucks have been gaining a positive reputation lately and this place is tightly tied in with their trucks. You can find their food all over the place. It is obvious that a chain of food trucks that is constantly growing is doing something right. That assumption is true with this place.
I often order their burritos with Al Pastor meat. All of their burritos are huge and stuffed to the brim. They don’t hesitate to pack in a ton of meat, either. It bugs me to have a huge burrito with very little meat in it. That doesn’t happen here.
This place has awesome hours. Are you looking for a late night snack? Head over, because they are open!
I can’t wait to try out their new location in the old bar just down the street. It is starting to come together!

The tacos are a little too greasy I won’t be going back. I don’t feel as if I will go back after eating the tacos from them my stomach started to hurt from all the grease. On top of that the meat wasn’t so great.
