The line never moves! Not sure what the techs are doing but they sure aren’t helping people most of the time they are just back there talking to each other.

I always buy my meds here at Rite Aid. They are very helpful and polite. They can be very busy at times with long lines, but I believe it’s worth the wait.

1st visit: Charged wrong insurance even though I handed my current insurance card to her and said«Here is my new insurance card» 2nd visit: Prescription was not ready at time they said it would be. Made me come back the next day. 3rd visit: A) Charged wrong insurance again! B) Used wrong address I haven’t lived at for over 12 years C) Couldn’t find my prescription(Even though I called in advance to make sure they had my prescription and they said it would be ready in an hour.) D) Couldn’t guarantee my prescription would even be ready the next day. The young pharmacy techs have no clue about customer service. They don’t take responsibility for the mistakes that are made, the miscommunication, incompetence and brush you off by telling you just to call the pharmacy AGAIN! The young techs are completely disorganized.

These people waste your time are unprofessional. They lost our prescription twice and are slow as molasses. They just don’t care. Never setting foot in this place again or any Rite Aid for that matter.
