Literally the worst customer service always in this subway! You walk in and the employees take several minutes to come help you and then when they do come out from the back room and take your order, they don’t even let you finish speaking your order when they start interrupting and asking you the dumb question of what meat do you want? When i just told her ONE of the sandwiches of the two I wanted to order, when she rudely cut me off. This is always the service I get, and looks like I’m not the only one! Management needs to be more present to keep an eye on the way customers are being attended to. No respect, no smiles, no courtesy, sloppy handling of your food. I really wouldn’t go there because of the bad service, but I do like subways sandwiches once in a while that’s why I gave it 2 stars. I think subway would do better business if service had a real good make over.

Xenia, the team member who helped me, seemed absolutely uninterested in what I was saying, and made my sandwich very crappy. Literally 80% of what I could taste when eating it was the bread. Very sparse on the toppings compared to other people there who have made me sandwiches. Either retrain her, or fire her.

Dude! Be ready for customers! I’ve been in here multiple times and have had to grunt or say helllooooo towards the back room to get the employees attention! This subway isn’t any different from other locations. They make the sandwiches EXACTLY like they should and I don’t see anything that makes this location any different from the rest. It’s kinda in an awkward location with an awkward layout that doesn’t really give it all that much curb appeal. But whatever. Just trying to make this review not be two sentences. Because the first would say to be ready for customers and the second would say the location and layout is hecka awkward. Hah!

What’s the point of being open until 10pm if one walks in at 9:20 and doesn’t get any service? Literally stood there for a few minutes waiting to be helped and all I could hear were two workers just talking away… They never even noticed I was in the building. Management should just close the doors and save itself labor costs.
