Oh my goodness… I have heard how wonderful their sauce is. I LOVE cheese ravioli so I ordered that. I think canned Chef Boyardee is better. Pilaf is good. Don’t order Italian food there.

Ordered a chicken kabob with no bread and they gave me a burrito and it was just gross that I had to just give to my dog. Won’t be going back

I tried to go back today to get some food for takeout because the website said they’re open on Sundays… well when I got there the door was locked and it looked very much closed. Their menu isn’t on the website either. Super annoying.

I tried this restaurant once. The restaurant was not either clean or dirty, it was okay environment. The portion of the salad was so big that I got almost full before the entrée. Everything is pretty much greasy, old American style. If you are looking for some healthy food, this is not the right place but if you are looking for greasy food, this is one of the right places in town. I am not a fan of greasy food, so that’s minus one star. The service was a bit slow, though there were not lots of people. After the entrée, we waited for 30 minutes for the desert to arrive, but we decided to go out; it was too late. This is another minus one star.

Always get the teriyaki chicken breast! Never had a bad meal here. Great small town feel restaurant. Definitely enjoy coming here for a great meal. Rice pilaf is amazing!

Best place to eat in Reedley!!! Everything on the menu is amazingly good. The summer salad is to die for as is the cracked wheat. Go on a Thursday and get the chilli beans, you wont be disappointed. The tri tip sammy, steak sammy, chicken stir fry, and spaghetti are my favorites. The waitresses are super sweet and the iced tea is refreshing. You get great food thats filling but not to over filling for a great price. And the paklavas are so great and also the grape leaf sarma are killer. The atmosphere is nice and even when you order take out you get a good amount of food. Im so having my wedding reception here.:-) I could go on and on but all stop here.:-)

The food was good. I ordered Teriyaki chicken stir fry, with rice pilaf and a cup of lentil soup. The stir fry was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The only problem I had was with this pilaf. It came on the bottom of the stir fry, and was swimming in butter. The flavor would have been better with less butter and more chicken stock. The lentil soup was very delicious and had a great flavor. I had an overall great experience, I would come back and explore the menu. I hear they make good tri tip.

Lunch was good! Two soups, two salads, and two lulu burgers(lamb and ground beef mixed) for under $ 20! Service was friendly, miss Duran our server was very pleasant! Nice small town environment with rich history. Nice place to stop and have lunch.

I think that all of the positive reviews on Unilocal came from the owner’s friends and relatives. The place is short on ambiance and I think the last time it was renovated was in 1969. I ordered clam chowder and it was OK, it did not taste bad but it did not taste like clam chowder and it was really heavy on the garlic(garlic in clam chowder? Go figure). My husband’s sandwich was so bad he returned it. Here we were in cattle country and he couldn’t get a good tri-tip sandwich. It wasn’t exactly cheap either. Find another place in town to eat, we were disappointed.

I ate here during the lunch time hour and i must say it was ok. When you walk into this restaurant the décor is vintage which is pretty appealing to me, but that being said there is somewhat of a strange smell(more like dirty carpet smell). I tried to enjoy the restaurant but i just could not get the thought that maybe the restaurant smells because they do not clean. Any ways I had the cheese Ravioli and i thought i was delicious but as for the salad that you get before you meal… it was gross. It was completely over-dressed half the bowl was dressing although i must admit the flavor of the salad was pretty good. Overall this place was ok i probably will not be a regular here.

Used to eat here all the time when I worked in Reedley, always busy, almost hard to get served and eat in an hour but the food is fantastic, anything you order is going to be good here. Family owned Mom and Pop restaurant, lots of local go here for lunch, place is always filled. Nice atmosphere, can get a bit noisy during lunch time but the food is so worth it. Always great service. Plus you get so much food you could almost get take out and still have plenty of dinner. Shish kabob is awesome

They catered an event at the Kearney Research Center. It was wonderful. Tri-tip, stewed chicken, rice, delish salad. Real nice folk.

My favorite place on Thursday’s for lunch. Dolma — Stuffed Pepper with Wheat Pilaf! However, EVERYTHING is good on the menu.

This is the kind of place people mean when they talk about those good little family owned restaurants. Was pointed here tonight for dinner; had the chicken kabob(not really on a stick, but marinated chicken) and pilaf, came with salad, bread and veggies. Pricing was decent, and the food was delicious; my chicken was tender and juicy. I might have to take another trip out that way in the not too distant future JUST to eat.

One of the best restaurants in Reedley. The food is so incredible. I always get the house salad with teriyaki chicken stir fry with cracked wheat pilaf, it’s freaking amazing. I could go on and on, but I won’t. Just eat here. Do it. Now. And for the love of Zeus get the cracked wheat pilaf!

A hometown fav for me. I used to be a once a week reg when I was farming in Reedley. I really liked the marinated tri-tip and the summer salad(my bud Russ clued me in how to order it over pilaf or bulgar, The hot rice soaks up the dressing and gives a delish hot/cold layering to the salad). The homemade soups can be outstanding. The shish is pretty good too. Sitting and talking to Harry could be the most interesting thing about the place. Also, I’ve been to a few events Harry’s has catered, and he does a pretty good job. The main restaurant is in an old brick building that has a turn of the century feel and cozy quaintness to it.

I grew up going to Uncle Harry’s considering my dad and Harry are friends. The food here is pretty close to perfection and very satisfying. One of my family’s favorite things about Harry’s is the salad… it’s awesome and there’s nothing like it. The atmosphere is down to earth and the menu is decently sized. Great food!

Yay for good food. Not fancy, not pretentious. just good, satisfying, well prepared food. We went here this last Wednesday. I had never been to Reedley, but had seen the reviews for this place and wanted to go check it out. SO glad we did. Upon entry, it felt like we were walking into a place where we didn’t belong… almost cliquish… but no problem there. Told the waitress this was our first trip and asked her to explain a couple menu items. She was very friendly and helpful. She directed my sceptical husband’s attention to the 5 piece lamb kebob plate, and the whole mood changed on his face… now, instead of suspicion, I saw excitement! YAY! Score one for the waitress when she brought a pitcher of tea… smart move there, lady! I like that. Salads were first, along with some bread, and yes, the salads are great! Fresh, tart, tasty, nice and light. They do drown the salad with the dressing, but you know what you do about that? You dunk your roll in it and eat it up! Yum! Bet the salad is even better in the summer when the tomatoes actually taste like something. The kebobs were great. Husband ordered the lamb, and I the beef. Mine were cooked all to hell, but still tasted good. found out when we got the bill that the waitress accidentally put medium well when I requested medium rare. but no biggie. I enjoyed the healthy char on the meats as well as the onion and green peppers sandwiched between on the skewer. They offer rice pilaf, wheat pilaf(didn’t know that even existed prior to this dinner) or half n half. I went for the half n half to try each. While both were excellent, I truly enjoyed the wheat pilaf. The veggies on the side are canned corn and some carrots. while a little less glam than some grilled zucchini and such, it was quite«homey» and seemed to fit right in with the atmosphere. Finally, the ice cream… oh hell yeah! ice cream! not a whole lot, just enough to satisfy that sweet tooth. Perfecto! We really had the best time looking at all the stuff on the walls here… locally famous people’s head shots and lots of other odd and interesting things. definitely adds to the atmosphere and gives you something to talk about. To top it off, Magnum PI was playing on a TV above my head. This was really really good food. Can’t wait to come back!
