If you’re looking for mediocre work and incompetency this is the place to go. Two vehicles were sent here for repairs and neither of them were done properly. To add insult to injury, Brad an amateur to the business and industry is unable to keep his story straight and try’s to put the blame on the customer for things that are not done properly. They try to put your vehicle back to it’s prior state without the proper tools to do it correctly. They sublet out other things to a local shop and it goes down hill from there. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. If it were just one vehicle I might be able to right it off as an honest mistake but two at the same time. Not sure how you can miss a bent axle when doing a four wheel alignment unless you don’t do the alignment in the first place. And going out of there way to replace broken and bent parts with used items out of junkyards and off of ebay is just not professional in my eyes. My wife and daughter drive these vehicles so I expected a professional shop, but the experience couldn’t have further to the other end of the spectrum.
