We had a great time. very convenient check in and check out, even though we checked in very late… the rooms were really nice, clean and well prepared. And not to mention, wonderful people at the office. overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely be coming in again! :-)

If you are looking for someplace quite, settled back off the path. Then this is a hidden gem just waiting for you. This family has ran this operation for the last 39 years. I have visited a couple of times in the last five and must say I have had a great time on both visits. With staff that will help the kids fish, to renting paddle boats, canoes, fishing boats, or even pontoons. The list doesn’t end there either. When I went to check in, the owner was so excited that he wasn’t even worried about checking into the room, he just wanted to make sure I knew how to catch some fish, with complete details. The cabins range in size and some built just this year. The cabins are very clean, not the fanciest in the world but then again, I’m not staying at the Ritz either. Regardless, I have to say that the customer attention, and service you will recieve here will by far make up for any fanciness you might find at other locations at a mere fraction of the cost. Make sure to book ahead to make sure that you can get a cabin big enough for the whole family. We will be back for many years to come, and now on an annual basis for our family reunion.
