9 people working & they were mostly talking to each other. Service was slow & they were out of waffle cones. Bathrooms were dirty.

Service was very slow. Staff didn’t wash their hands after handling money and then touching food. Ordered $ 5 buck lunch deal and the Sunday that comes with it sat on the counter melting for over 5 minutes while the rest of the food was being made. It was liquid mostly by the time we got all of our food. No napkins on the tables or where customers can access them. Had to wait in line just to get them.
