First off I’d like to mention that I’m very generous and honest with my reviews.
AVOID like the plague. You have to buy a $ 60 2 oz. crème mandatory. WHAT?! I found the same crème on Amazon for 25 so… just saying.
While I’m getting the heat wrap done, there should be someone in the room! Someone with a delicate blood pressure or claustrophobia could faint or worse in that heat.
The spa itself is beautiful and quiet, and great smelling. The workers? Russian or Israeli, I couldn’t tell. Anyways that doesn’t matter. They were Sleazy as hell. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did «special-​ending» on their massages.
If you still insist on going, take atleast a hundred with you. They’ll try to take every cent and shamelessly.

Been trying to make an appt for a month now. No one picks up the phone and no one calls back. Groupon should definitely screen those who use it to promote their services.

I had purchased a groupon for five infrared weight loss wraps. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, the girl at the desk told me to have a seat. Then she called me up after a few minutes and I told her what I was there for. She told me that they don’t offer that service there anymore and that there was no appointment in the computer for me. I called groupon and they refunded my money. I would never recommend this place to anyone for any reason. I hope that they are shutdown.

I had recently went to this spa. I found it through Groupon. I had the worst experience ever, the room was freezing, the massage did not feel nice!!! Don’t waste your money! When I go to the Nail salon and pay them $ 20 for 20min they do a better job than the lady did in 50min she rushed through the whole thing! Once I came to the reception area after my message she told me it was mandatory I tip the lady $ 20 meanwhile I didn’t want to tip anything for the service… I feel I got a massage with her knuckles my butt and thighs I even have black and blues. Don’t waste your time or money on this place!

Zero stars for these THIEVES who run the shadiest operation in the five boroughs. This place was suggested to me to buy a gift for a friend, which I did over the phone on a Monday. The dippy receptionist who thought it was appropriate to refer to me as «baby doll» (vomit) assured me the gift certificate, which was paid for immediately, would be emailed by the end of that evening. One day passes, no email. I call on the second day and as told the lady who sends the emails has «been busy but it would be sent promptly.» By day four, when no email arrived and I was once again told by the «baby doll» idiot that the lady who sends the emails «was really busy» and the supervisor is «hardly ever there» I had no choice but to call the bank and call the fraud for what it was: theft.

From the moment the massage started moving her hands on my back I knew it wasn’t gonna be a good experienced. Her hand movements were so fast that it felt like she was in a rush. The entire massage was anything but relaxing and soothing. She mostly focused on my left side and never massaged my shoulders. The music in the room was not appropriate for the setting. Also, someone opened the door and did not completely close it leaving it open enough for me to see what was happening outside and hear people’s outside conversation, and for some reason the 2 massagers in the room did not think to close the door until finally someone outside decided it was appropriate to close the door.
Mind you, when the massage ended, I checked the time on my phone and realized the time they had on the clock in the room was 5 minutes ahead. Anddd, I have never payed such an expensive tax for a massage… $ 20 each for my mom and I.
Overall, I would never go back or recommend this place.

If I could give it zero stars I would!!! Not only is the owner of the place unprofessional but she’s extremely rude! I found this place on groupon, when I called them to make an appointment, I spoke with the receptionist and she said they were busy and they would try to fit my friend and I in. She lied! The place was empty when I walked in! She also said to me that they will match the groupon price if I pay instore and they won’t charge me for tax. So I put a deposit down over the phone and when I went to pay the balance they charged me tax. Right after I paid, the owner said to me tip is cash only. My friend and I sat in the room and we waited 30 minutes until someone came, the owner came into the room and said that the electrician was there and he had to check the outlets, AS MY FRIEND AND I WHERE NAKED UNDER THE BLANKETS… Then she came back into our room and said that our room was going to be undergoing construction and that we had to move next door. How can someone possibly relax in a spa when construction is going on right next door! Then to top it off, the owners son keep making noise down the hall during our facial and massages! Then, when they finally started, one of us had to do a facial first and the other a massage. Which was extremely distracting because of the light reflection off the walls, that were coming from the steamer, from my friends facial. It was also really distracting that the lady doing my friends facial kept cleaning her hands at the sink, and turning on and off the faucet, while I was trying to relax and enjoy my massage. The lady who did my facial wasn’t even licensed! She kept asking the lady who did my friends facial on what to do next! Once they finished they said to us, if we wanted to leave then a little something that to please give it to them directly because the owner is money hungry and she won’t give them there tips. All I had was $ 14 in cash and my friend had $ 20. We were going to leave them $ 17 each. When I went to the owner for change she said to me rudely, how much was I planning on giving them? I said $ 7 and $ 7 from me, and before I was able to finish telling her that my friend was going to give them $ 10 and $ 10 each she said to me, that’s to little! That’s not enough! The minimum you can give in tip is $ 10! I told her that’s all I had in cash, she said to me in Burger King around the corner is a ATM. I said okay no problem! I’ll go and come back, she rolled her eyes and I never walked back in! I will never return to this place again! I will never recommend this place to ANYONE! So unprofessional and rude!!!

I recently moved to the area, so I decided to check this spa out since it’s walking distance from my home. I checked out the website and the prices seem reasonable. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how incredibly it smelled. The place was spotless, not to mention the music was extremely relaxing during my facial. Though this was my 1^st facial ever, I definitely plan on returning due to the great service and convenience of location.

Dont go to this place esp. if you purchase a livingsocial or groupon voucher! They will not accomodate you, give you specific days of appointment not including weekends! I purchased an infrared wrap for 5 sessions and made an appointment. When i got there, they told me that the infrared wrap machine wasnt working. I told them i didnt received any calls and they simply told me that they called the day before appointment. I asked them if they left any voice msg., they told me «no, we dont leave any voice messages». And i was so shocked! I told them im at work the whole day, dont have my phone with me coz i attend to patients. Guess what!! they gave me this look that im naïve… so disrespectful… and i didnt get any apology… wasted my time going there for nothing… gave them a 2^nd chance, made another appointment. this time got a time 2 days before my appointment time stating the ofc will be close and i need to resched my appointment… again… i told them im only available on the weekends, they replied” all weekends are busy, only monday is avaible”.really…I work as any normal person, i work in the weekdays till 8 pm! Grrrr!!! thats it… these people needs some training in their behavior… definitely will be asking for a refund!
