I had grown up going to Rehoboth beach… then moved to North Carolina. On a trip back this summer, a few friends and I decided to try the walking food tour offered by Eating Rehoboth. I figured I would end up at restaurants I had been to many times before. I was very wrong! We went to 5 fabulous restaurants that I had never been to before. The owners were wonderful on providing insight into how they got their start, how they formed their menu, and different specials and events they did. The food was amazing at each! Our guide Paul was very sociable, ensuring everyone was having a great time. He even told us some history about Rehoboth that I never knew! Wonderful time… I would highly recommend this tour, and would definitely go back to each of the five restaurants: Lupo’s Italian, Papa Grande, 208, Azatan, and Lula’s Brazilian.

After living 90 minutes away from Rehoboth for the past 8 years, every trip here was merely a visit and we always hit the same spots for food and drinks. Not anymore. We considered ourselves pretty knowledgeable about the food scene here, but boy were we wrong. After spending an enjoyable Sunday Spring afternoon, in just 3 hours, 4 of the 5 spots we visited I had never not only been in, but never had tasted. The guides are fun, well versed, and take you on a relaxing trip around town for delicious bites and drinks at each of the«surprise» locations. Not only was I full and happy at the end of the tour, we were already planning on what night we’d hit dinner at the places we had just visited. Finally, to top it off, you also get to meet new people who are there just as you are — to Eat Rehoboth!
