Great selection of rings, earrings, bracelets that aren’t sold everywhere else. Great attention to detail. Called their second location for me when they didn’t have my size ring. Will be back!

I purchased items as a gift yesterday, I wish I could return them! While shopping my mom noticed a necklace that I said I liked and was going to go back and buy it for me for Xmas. When she went back, the store said opened till 4 but was closed by 330 even though the employee was still inside (doors locked/​closing up). My mom ended up going to the affiliated store down the street. The boy «working» (apparently the owners son) showed up there. When she confronted him about not being open or letting her in he explained how he decided to close early because he was «depressed» that there were no customers all day. Things escalated and resulted in him calling her a f***ing b***h and videoing her saying she thinks depression is a joke/​laughing matter. Totally out of line and unprofessional and I hope that’s not how the owner allows his son to represent his business. Maybe he does have depression and clearly needs some clinical help, not to be in charge of some else’s business. I certainly will never shop there again. Total shame it has nice merchandise and the girl working yesterday was lovely.

I have to disagree with the review above! I have never had a bad experience with Studio S and we have been shopping with them for over 3 years. I, and many friends and family members, are completely decked out in their jewelry pieces! They have always been quick to offer assistance, they make custom pieces for us, and when I needed something shipped and it did not come in time, I was immediately compensated for the error! I hope everyone has a positive experience when shopping at Studio S! We love them:)

I am so disappointed in what once was my favorite jewelry shop at the beach. The owner told me that the fading of my necklace was because of my own body chemisty and would not let me use the teeny little amount of the purchase…$ 19…toward a new piece. I came to the store the first time with my two daughters and we each bought oodles. I came to return one of the many purchases with two friends, both of whom put down their would-​be purchases when they heard the owner repeatedly tell me how sorry she was about my body chemistry. So for $ 19, bye bye Studio S from me, my daughters, my friends, and the friends we were staying with. What a short-​sighted decision…
