I have been going to Adventure Spa for years and am very happy with the facility and service. I started because of lower back issues from playing ice hockey. I have been pain free ever since. The service is excellent, always catering to the exact amount of pressure and style you request. Always a fantastic, friendly job… happy to recommend!

I had some spa services done here and was very pleased with the results. The place is nice, the staff is super friendly. I can’t give it 5 stars though as it is in a building with other businesses and also on a main road, so it is not always a quiet atmosphere. This didn’t matter for what I was having done, but I’m thinking a massage might not be so relaxing when there is outside noise. Other than that, it’s a great place and I wouldn’t definitely go back!
