I’m impressed. As soon as I parked at the parking lot– Amanda walked over and welcomed me. Everybody was courteous. Had my oil changed and battery replaced in no time. The prices, I think, are reasonable.

Hadn’t been in to this location for a couple of months and Tony remembered my name as soon as I got out of the car. Tony and the staff at the store tonight were extremely helpful and very personable.
I’ll be coming back to this location every time I’m in the area and need my oil change.

Fast. Polite. Professional. In for an oil change on hubby’s vehicle, they got me in right away. Greeted me within a minute of arrival, had me pull around right away to be serviced. Great service.
You get a little skeptical with the many auto shops around and if they do thorough, legit work. They definitely do here. They take care of you from the time you walk in until your next visit, because you will want to come back. Good service is hard to find, not here.
They are located off of Reisterstown Road, heading toward Old Reisterstown, MD on Main Street, next to Wawa; you can’t miss it!

This is a reputable ethical place with staff that genuinely care about their job and their customers. I came in thinking I needed an oil change and the staff corrected me. They forgot to reset the computer to 5000 instead of 3000 miles. So they topped my fluids and cleaned my car. They have earned my trust here and I am a believer in them because of their staff and the work ethic they have. Refreshing to find people who take pride in what they do.

I pass other Jiffy Lube locations because this group of employees has the best customer service, and they are very well managed and mannered. I won’t go to any other location, and I am a very happy customer. Whenever it is recommended that I do an additional service (clean fuel injector thing, change filters, new trans fluid, etc) I ask that they show me why I should do it now and not put it off for later (or even buy it somewhere cheaper). The crew has always been very upfront with me on their recommendations, and I appreciate the honesty above all else. I don’t feel scammed here like I do most other car shops.

Everyone here was super friendly. I was in and out in no time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc of the price. I think it would of been cheaper to go to my dealership, but I did get a $ 7 discount for checking into Unilocal.All in all, I would recommend this place.

This may have been the best experience I have ever had while getting my oil changed! The entire establishment was spotless. It smelled amazing… THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN… And the staff was very friendly and professional. They even cleaned my car while they gave me an oil change… Which by the way only took 20 minutes! I definitely suggest that you all visit this location. I’m a customer for life. As a woman. I no longer dread getting oil changes. :-) tony and Andre were great!

This has got to be the easiest and smartest way to keep your car running for as long as possible, oil, oil filter, cabin filter, tire pressure, and my favorite vacuuming the inside of my filthy rugs as i get dirt and debris in there in between oil changes. The only thing that could get better is if they did car washes and wheel washes. I only get oil changes, once every 3 ½ to 4 months here, but I go because it is more convenient than doing it myself, plus i get free coffee while I am there. like i said, i have to say i love that they vacuum my car out because I never do that and it’s always nice and clean after i get an oil change. Not to mention when i fill my gas up after an oil change you can tell the difference in the way the car runs. Anyways, everyone there is always polite to me and we usually end up talking about something random if it is not football. I pay to not worry about things. I haven’t bought windshield washer for years because of jiffy lube, and i have gone back to have fluids topped off before and have had no problems there. I have done a radiator flush and one transmission flush and my car runs great, it’s a 2003, and i hope it lasts me for a couple more years at least.

I own a small contracting business and I bring my entire fleet to this Jiffy Lube. My guys and I are always in and out quickly, They don’t try to get me to buy things I don’t need, which I like a lot. Customer service has always been top notch. Lyle is one of the managers there and he is always great.
