Ordered my food through their screwed up 2 lane drive thru. After waiting there for 10 min I finally got to the window to pick my food up. The kid at the window had a major chip on his shoulder. He passed me my food at which point I thanked him. He just stared at me with a mean look. REALLY! And you want $ 15 an hour! Try working on your customer service bud. This is the typical experience there as I live down the street.

I rarely eat at fast food places, but when you have a child that asks for it, you have to cave in every now and then. Check your bag before pulling away from the drive thru! Every time I’ve gone here, they’ve forgotten something. One time they gave me a bag of food with NOTHING that I ordered, but I had the correct receipt. When I called the manager, he was very rude and didn’t believe me. I’ve lived in 3 different states and never experienced such bad service as at this location. I will drive miles out of my way to avoid going to this McDonald’s.

Why did they add a second drive ordering system if they are to incompetent to use it. Took forever to order and it was wrong, that’s why I don’t normally eat nasty ass Mc Donald’s.

I honestly thought I could get a nice cat here, but NOO apparently you can’t adopt a cat at the Mcdonalds.

Its not my thing to rate a chain fast food restaurant more than three stars! They were closed for renovation for about 4 months or so… In my visit today day did a fantastic job everything looks brand new and I have to say this is the most advance among all fast food restaurant they have added two drive thru lane, the employees seems more trained and so far friendlier than past. I will update my review about them later when i get a chance to Unilocal again this place just to make sure things going just as well on my next visit!

Well hello my carnal cravings… So I don’t eat fast food often but today was a rough day at work and I didn’t feel like cooking. The recently just rebuilt this location and I must say that I just went thru drive thru but they have done an awesome job. They have created the new two lane order system to make things flow much quicker and the individuals taking the order, money and handing out the orders were so polite and friendly. I will definitely be back when I am having another fast food attack. My filet of fish was made almost commercial quality like and the fries were hot and salted perfect. FINALLY they rebuilt it with separate entrance in and exit lanes for turning left or right. This was a huge problem with the old McD’s and hindered the flow of traffic coming in and out. That was the smartest thing they have done with the rebuild. On my next visit I may take a stroll inside to see what the new digs look like.

I don’t really eat fast food but when I have a little inkling of a craving I’ll visit McDonald’s. Of course only for the fries! Nom nom nom… it’s always packed, mostly of teenie boppers so I usually do the drive through(I hate noise). The new premium snack wraps are delicious. I’m not sure about much else. They do however need to keep up with their boards and remove items that are no longer on the menu and also remove breakfast signs once breakfast is over. Other than that, it’s McDonald’s…nothing gourmet about it.

(06/24/2013) Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Needed food after a long day at a nearby location with nothing but coffee and water for sustenance. McD’s still pretty cheap, but the quality shows it. All fried things have that weird lingering mouthfeel and bread products are strangely metallic(probably too much preservative). The McWrap Crispy Chicken and Ranch had a few vegetables(lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and overly tangy Ranch dressing. Bonus for this location is the 24-hour drive-thru.
