Yes, a small credit has been approved and we haven’t had a back up in about 3 weeks– month. I do see things are getting done. My frustration was the 3 months it took to fix the problem, Kim! As for washer and dryer, that is an extra $ 50 a month in which we cannot afford at this time so I go to laundry mat or do them at my friends house. I feel I’m being made out to be unfair or impatient. I’m not. When sewer back ups and leaks continue over months and months, anyone would be frustrated and mad. I’m not trying to be a bitch. I know they were trying but when our home is seeping with waste water, its hard to be understanding time after time. We’ve always owned a home and did repairs and clean up the right way, the first time and I guess things don’t run like that in the apartment world? We love our apartment and where its located and I love being close to my aging mom, uncle and grand daughter. We asked to transfer apartments months ago because of the issues with this one. In that request, I asked if there was a «fee» etc or would it be waived due to the problems. Ms Jennings told me she had one available on Sept 15. I believe this was in late July. We were unsure so we waited. Then, another leak, waste water back up and then a busted pipe in ceiling swayed us to ask for addresses of apartments(we were willing to go down in size of apartment if necessary just to get away from this one) so we could look at the actual area. Haven’t heard back. Although things are quiet right now with the plumbing, when we hear the occasional gurgle from toilet, my husband and I still ponder, should we change apartments anyway. Just in case. I don’t know the right thing to do and the relationship with office is so nasty, that I just don’t want to ask for the answers to our questions. We would like to stay residents of Morgan but not as we live now. I have multiple sclerosis and we are getting older. We just want a nice, safe, clean, quiet apartment to call home with no crazy issues. Brandie and I were once on good terms and now. It’s the worst but I don’t feel we are wrong. We only want what we were promised. We keep our apartment very nice, pay on time, and quiet. We are friendly with our neighbors and try to be good tenants. Most of the issues were caused by outside vendors that continued to SAY they did certain things to fix the problem, but it would happen over and over. If they say they jetted the pipes and a back up happens again in a month, then again, and they have to «jet» the pipes again, to us, the pipes weren’t jetted the first, second time bc there wouldn’t be build up like it was the last time in that period of time. My husband has been in the construction field for 25+ years so we know a little about how things SHOULD go. When I point these things out, I’m trouble, I’m complaining, I’m not being patient. Just frustrated and not alone with what the other residents tell me. So, I don’t want to keep this on and on. It’s getting tiring for everyone. If we can change apartments and any fees can be waived for that, I think we would be open to see what’s available. If you can find out for me, that would be very much appreciated but if not, I understand. I do want to thank you, Brandie, Charles and his maintenance and Erik. Your efforts did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. It was just all about how long it took. Thank you, Kim. My email is IF you can find out about transferring.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Baltimore, MD
I really liked this apartment. They allow you to have dogs up to any weight(perfect for big dogs) and they even have a dog park for them which is great for dog socializing. There apartment options are HUGE. I lived here a few years ago and have yet to find another apartment complex in Baltimore city/county that has a master bedroom as big as there’s. Trust me, I have compared square footage and floor plans to every single place I have rented. All in all its not a bad place the only negative thing I have to say about it is that there was a bit of a centipede problem.
