Rite Aid

This Rite Aid is fine for general purposes, but avoid the pharmacy!
They have a drive through, but you have to wait several minutes and press the button several times before they acknowledge you.
Inside there are long waits. I dropped off prescriptions and said I wanted to pick them up in three hours. When I came in at the agreed upon hour they were just getting to them. I was just told that a mistake had been made. The last time I picked up a prescription the woman took a bottle out the bag with my son’s name, but when she put the medicine on the counter I could see that it was for someone else entirely. The tech assured me the system would have caught the error, but I then had to wait while they found my son’s medicine.
Bottom line, errors are the rule, not the exception, and the mediocre service doesn’t make up for them. I’m taking my family’s business somewhere else.

Very clean and organized Rite Aid as most of them are!
The employees are very helpful, friendly and polite! You can find good deals on their products they sell! I didn’t use the pharmacy so I can’t speak of it!

The pharmacy in this store has very poor customer service. I have used this pharmacy because of the convenience of the location for a few years and the pharmacy service has been off and on. Today I went to pick up a prescription and after that experience I will never go to this pharmacy again regardless of the convenience of the location.

Pretty much here once a week to once a month to pick up a a prescription or any misc items. Staff always friendly. Plenty of parking. Store is kept neat. It’s 24 hours so it’s always open.
When I am in a rush I use the drive thru for my RX pickup which had designated hours like the Pharmacy.

Your regular Rite Aid with a pharmacy and photo center. You’re lucky if you see at least 2 cashiers while you’re there. I hardly see anyone working the aisles in the morning to lunch time hours. The workers are friendly and helpful though, so you can’t knock them for that. Seems like the pharmacy is the hot spot of this place lol.
Very organized, clean, and stocked with whatever they are offering.

I’d give it 5 stars if the checkout lines weren’t always so long. They always seem to be when I’m in there lol.
The folks in the pharmacy need a little etiquette training. Don’t answer the phone and then communicate with the person in front of you… a bit rude. Don’t answer the phone screaming Ms. Gertrude… that’s not my name… the polite thing to say is thank you for holding blah blah blah, how can I assist you today.
All in all it’s a great pit stop in times of need. They always have great deals on various items. We’ve purchased furniture for the deck and the day to day health care products at reasonable prices.
I’ll definitely go again, because it’s convenient and I can always find a deal. I just won’t expect much from the pharmacy.
