This place is terrible and the service is bad, I would give it 0 stars, if you ask a question you will get attitude with your answer, GO TO HORSE AND MCCAIN! It’s so much better there, these guys that work there are Baltimore county police rejects, and they never have anything in stock, I will never go back there again

Similar experience to Lee M. I stopped in here just to browse a minute and ask a couple questions about two different handguns I was considering. Surly, arrogant and a bit rude. Not at all helpful. I appreciate getting tired of dealing with wackos all the time, but this is the job you signed up for. Do it better. Not helpful, definitely wouldn’t buy anything here.

I am sooooooo confused with the name of this place meaning that White Marsh is on the complete other side of Baltimore County and this place is located in Owings Mills. But anywho… let’s review!
You may pass by this place because it is hidden but it is in the small shopping center in between Subway and Radioshack. So, I can say that this gun shop does a good job to ensure that minors come nowhere near the guns. I walked in the door and immediately thereafter a guy was coming from the back asking me, «if I had an I.D.?»…Of course, it shocked me but if it’s his job at least I can feel better walking through the doors knowing that they are being serious when it comes to minors and guns. I like that! This place has anything you need from regular hand guns, custom guns and assault rifles. They even have the huge Army rifle, that costs like $ 10,000 and weighs about a ton. You’d need 5 men just to pick it up steadily. Check them out if you’re in need of a gat… LOL

Prices are about what you would expect for retail and the place has a good selection. The staff is what I have come to expect in most gun shops: stone faced. I know they get a lot of unsavory characters so as a result, much like a burned out policeman or a postal worker days from retirement, these guys offer no sign of emotion on their faces when dealing with the public. Questions are often answered with a tone just shy of cynicism. Would I shop here again? Sure, but if I have the time, I’ll go where there is slightly less attitude (Just Guns, Duffys).
