Great location and hours. Customer service was great and quick! No pushy sales either!

Had an appointment for 2pm, we pull up and my husband walks in to check in… he was told it would take an hour and a half!!! The man said they were understaffed today… well I can sympathize somewhat but I have better things to do than to sit in Conrad’s for an hour and a half for what is supposed to take 15 min! And I may add the place is packed!

First time at Conrads. I didn’t have an appointment, but the service adviser got me in and out in an hour for a repairable flat tire. He answered my questions with a smile and was very knowledgeable. The garage seemed busy on a below zero day.
