This location seems privately owned; it’s nicer, cleaner and friendlier than other 7 – 11 locations. They also have a better variety of snack items and beverages than other nearby locations, especially the 7 – 11 below the overpass on McCarren (which is 3 times bigger inexplicably). I got a sweet video game franchise cup with my last beverage purchase. There is a Redbox on the South side of the building. Gas pumps are usually uncrowded.

This is my favorite 7 – 11. A really friendly and helpful staff. Their employer should feel lucky to have them.
