Came home to water spraying and a good size puddle in my garage. After calling my home warranty guys, I was set set up with absolute. They called, showed up and fixed the problem within 2 hrs of my discovery!!! The tech was friendly, professional.

My home warranty sent this company to fix my leaking garbage disposal. I didn’t tell them that the other side of the sink would occasionally leak if we filled it with water so we never used it. This company was punctual, very pleasant, and timely. Not only did he fix the disposal but also saw that the other side was not working properly and fixed that too! I tried tipping him and would not accept a tip! So he’s getting this review instead! Great job guys!

We have a few home warranties through Old Republic and they use these guys. Ultra expensive and not happy with the work at all. Sending my handyman out today to reinstall a faucet they did less than a month ago. «Well, if Absolute goes out there and determines that it’s not their fault, you’ll get charged a service call.» Well, what plumber is going to admit that they can’t install a kitchen faucet correctly? Another property manager has worse stories but I’ll let her tell them. Suffice to say, no longer allowing Old Republic to use them for our properties.

This company was the choice of my home warranty provider. The plumber was punctual, friendly, and efficient. He provided us with a little preventative maintenance education on top of replacing a leaking water line in the crawlspace of our home in less than an hour. If I could, I’d give this company (and our home warranty provider) 6 stars.
