Last night we attended a S/​M information class. I was very pleased with the speakers. Everyone provided great information in a pleasant informative manner. No pressure to buy anything. The raffle was fun even if I didn’t win anything. Looking forward to the next class.

I absolutely love this store. What makes it great are the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never been made to feel uncomfortable. I attended a bdsm class last night and learned so much and had so much fun. I will always be in attendance of every class. Need to designate a special bank account for this store. Love this place!

The selection! The internet comparable prices! How non-​skeezy the store is! How unobtrusive and yet still helpful the employees are!
Anyone accustomed to Suzie’s will be amazed at how aesthetically pleasing this store is. They utilize the two stories and the open floor plan well. It is easy to see upon walking in where various products are located. The selection of products is for the most part comparable to Suzie’s, although here there is way more women’s apparel.
My favorite part of my experience of the store, other than getting exactly what the boyf and I were looking for, was the music played in the store: late 1990s/​early 2000s pop goodness, almost exclusively female artists. Yes, please, I’d love to shop to early Destiny’s Child and late Spice Girls and Christina Aguilera. Not much makes this sex-​positive feminist happier while shopping for adult goods than that kind of soundtrack.
I also appreciate that it is easy to split the bill between two credit or debit cards, ‘cuz some items aren’t cheap and in my opinion, gender equality involves sharing the cost of collective fun. I don’t know if the cashier’s language was intentional, but her explaining to us whose signature was needed on top and whose signature was needed on the bottom of the receipt made me chuckle.
Driving from the west on Longley is easier than driving from the east because of the divided highway.

Being a somewhat shy individual I was a bit nervous to go into adam and eve by myself lol! But wanting to buy massage oil I put my big girl pants on and went into the reno store. My reticence was ill conceived once I was in the store, the staff was engaging and helpful, owners Greg and Kari absolutely darling and the store is amazing. I left with massage oil and realizing my reluctance to shop there was silly, I’ll be back!

Adam and Eve was NOT what I expected at all. I don’t really frequent these types of stores so I can’t really compare them to many other ones, but I have been to Suzie’s. Compared to Suzie’s, Adam and Eve was like the Ritz.
The store was very clean, bright, and organized. They offer some high quality lingerie and other dance wear. I had to some here to pick out an outfit for a photoshoot I was doing.
The employees were very helpful and patient with me since wearing «sexy» clothes is not something I’m very comfortable doing.
In the end I selected a cream colored corset. It was very elegant and I felt beautiful in the photo shoot. I’m very grateful for the awesome customer service I received that day.
I will definitely remember them for the next time I may need anything in the adult department.

Amazing !!! Adult store it’s like a wonderland for me in there. These girls that work there are NOT in any way rude they are so willing to help you find items for your needs creams lotions lubes edibles you name it they probably got it !!! Go check it out you won’t be disappointed. & you also won’t feel like your being stalked & you’ll definitely be amazed at how many vibes & toys they can fit into one shop !! My husband and I love going in there a few times a month. Love love love it can’t say it enough. Very clean very friendly very helpful willing to help

I went here once and it was great. It was friendly and the staff knew what they were doing. It was a little pricey though. I would definitely come back if I am in the Reno area.

Great store! My girlfriend and I love it! Huge selection and friendly knowledgeable people. We prefer this store over the Carson City one.

I picked up an item here and was stunned at the price I paid. Amazed this item would cost close to $ 200. But due to a bit of anxiety at even being there, buying it, I didn’t back out. I bought the thing!
Later I went onto the Adam & Eve online site and discovered they were charging $ 40 less for the same item. I went to the store with my box and receipt and asked if it was a mistake. Talked with the owner, he said no, they are a brick and mortar store and had overhead the online version of A&E does not. I understand that, but $ 40 more? He said buying local was a good thing. He gave me a 20% coupon for my ‘next visit’.
Now I looked at Amazon and the same item is $ 62.
Lesson learned.

I have been coming here since they opened and have always received great customer service.
The pricing is typical for the product. Not over priced as some have mentioned.
The store is well lit and feels very comfortable to be in.
The layout is perfect for the size store. There are a couple of dressing rooms and the staff will gladly allow you to try the clothing on to make sure it fits. The upstairs (a loft section of the store) holds the majority of the toys, movies and magazines.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. They are also knowledgeable on the product, and will provide feedback about their own experience with the product if asked.
The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they used to have a member program where you would get a percentage of your purchase towards the next purchase. This is no longer the case because of new ownership. There was no warning or grace period that this was going away. Now the only incentive is to receive something after 10 visits.

I actually live closer to Carson City but prefer the store in Reno.
It’s so big and has a wide variety of EVERYTHING!
The girls are super friendly and helpful too which makes for a good shopping experience.

As soon as I walked in they checked our IDs which I understand but the workers there were not friendly and very rude. I felt unwelcomed and stared at the whole time. But the good thing is The store is very well organized and clean. Good variety, they just need to hire people that are friendly and enjoy being there. Melanie is the one that attended me :/

I truly enjoy coming to this store. All the employees have working knowledge of what I happen to be looking for and are very courteous to myself and other customers. I walked in the other day and was greeted by two lovely ladies with great attitudes! They helped even with all the work they had to do! Thank you ladies, I shall return whenever I have a need to!

The store was nice and organized for an adult dvd store. It had a friendly staff and I felt at ease there. It was a comfortable experience to say the most. It was also easy to find the DVDs section. The staff were knowledgable at what they sold.
It was a great experience looking for the right dvd that would be worth my time. I just think though that most adult stores should learn a thing from this store. I mean it was the most organized store that carried adult DVDs. I will for sure come back in the future if I get the chance too.

Love this place… it’s MUCH better than Suzie’s. It’s clean, and in a safe neighborhood. Granted, the choices in ‘toys’ isn’t as large, but I believe that they are cheaper, and you don’t have to deal with all the creepers coming out of the Arcade. Also, because of the lack of the Arcade, you don’t have to think about the potential… ummm… bodily fluids that are coating the packaging on the toys. The prices on their bodices are great, though. The girls that work there seem sweet, and they put on gloves to check any battery operated toys you purchase. The only thing that gets me is the constant ‘checking in’. I understand that theft is a big deal, and they use it as a deterrent, I know that it makes people uncomfortable. Not an issue for me or my husband, but a lot of people are embarrassed to go into places like that and to be bothered every five minutes is going to drive people out.
Other than that, excellent store!

Will definitely go there again. I hadn’t been to any adult stores here, and heard bad things about the other places. Luckily this place is so clean, it looks like a cute little boutique full of sex toys and lingerie. No weird stuff, good neighborhood, as a female I felt 100% safe going in by myself and talking to the staff. The gal working was helpful and nice.

Like this place better than suzies its not creepy and dark like them. Its very nice and clean and just very tastefully arranged.

prices are competative, good selection of goodies, and since they may open in Carson City it will be closer to home for those brainstorming ideas!
