We bought a car this weekend and I was very happy with the service! Alan the manager was very professional and the sales staff were great! I ran the car fax as we were looking at the car to make sure it wasn’t a lemon, as a consumer, it is your job to be prepared and protect yourself! Buying a used car is never easy, but the team at Alan’s Auto Network made it great!

If I could give this place no stars I would. My wife bought a car from this dealership and it is a lemon. First of all they have uncertified mechanics working on vehicles, my wife took this vehicle back to them on several occasions and they still could not get the repair correctly. The car had problems soon as she brought it home. Yeah they will work with you if you have bad credit but they will sell you a piece of crap trust me stay away from this dealership you’re better off going to a junkyard to purchase a more reliable car.

I bought a car from Alan’s about 8 months ago. they sold it to me for $ 8,500. Oh boy. Biggest mistake of my life so far. They sold me a LEMON. A couple months after owning the car, I had problems with the battery. My car would turn off in the middle of the street. They refused to fix it because «it wasn’t their problem». I went to that dealer over and over again until they fixed it. Then, my clutch was making these terrible noises. I once again returned to the dealer. They did fix it… about 4 months passed and my car started heating up. I was having terrible temperature problems! The refused to fix it this time and were extremely rude. I am so disappointed that I chose Alan’s. Not to mention they didn’t change the oil or check the tires. Ridiculous… Alan’s Auto Network is VERY unprofessional.
