Ms. Alecia Towell is great. Shortly after re-​locating to Reno i found myself in her office, and glad of it. By working with her, every single relationship in my life has evolved, primarily with myself. She is direct, un-​assuming, and most importantly very real with me. i enjoy the homework she has me do in my free time, as it’s always outta my comfort zone but never too stressful that it’s left unfinished. She asks questions that are relevant and get me to think more about certian topics. My life is absolutely better since meeting and knowing Alecia Towell and I would strongly recommend her to anyone even thinking of talking to someone.

As most anyone who has needed professional counseling can attest, finding a new therapist isn’t easy, and I wasn’t looking forward to the process when I decided to address an issue I was dealing with.
But Alecia put me at ease right away, and even the décor in her office is welcoming and tranquil. So far, in just a matter of two months, I’ve made so much progress — her insights and ideas for finding my way through long-​term issues have made a major positive difference in my life in such a short time. I look forward to continuing my healing journey with Alecia’s help and guidance.
