Terrible customer service. Watch out for hidden fees. Contract was up and they still continue to charge and then charge you a 30 day cancellation period. Key fob wouldn’t work at other locations

This place is just fine is gyms go and super convenient if you live in the area. They’ve been promising to expand to the adjacent commercial space for I think a couple of years so if you get promised this to don’t let that make or break your decision. At the end of the day its adequate and average as a 24-hour type of Anytime Fitness gym.
April 2015… they’ve finally expanded and it’s actually very nice. I’m updating my post.

OK, so I won a 90 day membership off the radio to this location.
I don’t think I’ve worked out since the 80’s, that being said, I like this place a lot, and now go there twice a week.
This place is light, bright, clean and close to my house.
The equipment is new, well maitained and everything functions as it should. There is usually no more than three to five people in here when I visit, so I don’t have any wait time to get on a machine. If the monthly dues are reasonable, I will definetly sign up long term:)

I did a trial run and was horrified. It’s over priced, there is a contract and the service is terrible. The guy seemed really upset i wasn’t signing up but it just isn’t worth it when there are places like fitness for 10 or 24 hour fitness in reno that are cheaper and nicer.
