So the owner called me this morning. He apologized for everything that happened and I do admit, I should’ve waited for him to return from hunting to write the review. He is reimbursing me the money I had to pay out of pocket. I am truly sorry for leaving the first review without first talking to him. He totally did right by me and paid me the money. Hopefully there are no hard feelings and my first review doesn’t jeopardize his business and his reputation. I truly feel like he is an honest person and dies right by his customers.

Trying to find a trustworthy mechanic is never fun and when you find one, you should never let them go. I’ve taken my Ford Excursion here a few times to have various things done and what I end up with is:
The work gets done in a timely manner
The work is done professionally
You aren’t constantly upsold on other items. You’ll get what you ask for and pay a good price for it.
I’m very happy with the work that was done here and would definitely recommend The Auto Hospital if you need to get work done on your car.
