Bloom Bake Shop

Shandra bent over backwards to make us a tasting cake for my husband’s birthday, which I guess bakeries normally don’t do. She was also very nice and friendly to deal with.
Unfortunately, I ordered a specific filling and frosting, and when we got the cake home, we discovred it had a buttercream filling and frosting, which is what I specifically did NOT want. I was very disappointed, although the cake itself was very delicious. When I called to tel Shandra about the mistake, she never called back to apologize, or make it right, so we decided not to use her bakery. I wass very disappointed, after reading the other reviews of Bloom.

I have had the pleasure of eating foods prepared by Bloom!
The food is always fresh and TASTY! They have certain items at Rounds Bakery & Swill Coffee, just to name a few places where you can find some tasty treats!
I like being at a store and finding familiarity with the chef!

Shandra at Bloom has provided her magical and beautiful almond cookies for a couple of events I’ve been in charge of including a wedding shower and a small mixer. She provided my wedding cake which was elegant and delicious as well as beautiful fall leaf cookies as favors for my wedding. She was easy to work with for the wedding. Not only did she meet with my mom and I for an initial discussion and planning, she then held a tasting for my husband and bridal party. Day of went smoothly, and I didn’t even get any cookies to take home because our guest liked them so much — our extras dissapeared! She also volunteers with my girl scout troop where she works with them to decorate cookies and talks to the girls about being an entrepreneur and getting to do her passion.
