Jenna does a great job. She keeps up to date on her training and the latest techniques. Jenna pays attention to detail is always making sure my lashes look the best as possible. People give me tons of compliments.

Jena is really marvelous, truly an artist when it comes to eyelash extensions. For the first time in my life, after 60 years of barely any eyelashes at all, now my eyes are beautiful — even behind glasses. She takes plenty of time to make sure my lashes are just right, even checking to make sure the length is perfect for the fit of my glasses. I’ve heard stories of other technicians who put on lashes to suit themselves, not the client — but Jena always listens to my ideas and improves on them 100%. I’m very pleased with how my lashes hold up between fills, and she was very patient with me when I was first learning how to take care of my new extensions. I’m very happy to have found Jena and definitely recommend her to anyone!

I went to Jena to get my first full set. It was the first time I’ve ever gotten lashes. They came out pretty good! I couldn’t complain for the decent price I had paid. However, I continued to go to her for my fills and I started noticing that my lashes looked the same, as if she didn’t do anything (or worse). She would always be late to MY appointments she’d text on her phone, file her nails, and pick at my face, yet I let everything slide because I had hope that my lashes would turn out the way they look in her book. The last time i went for a fill, (and will absolutely NEVER go back) she was 20 minutes late as usual and, and she spent very little time on my lashes :(. One of her clients came in a little after i did, and she literally rushed me out to the point where she forgot to charge me, until i reminded her. (which I regret doing so, I shoulda left without paying) She told me to come back the next day at 2pm, «if u want». Of course I was expecting to go back! My lashes looked horrible. When the next day came, she text me saying «sorry I can’t do today, I booked 2pm» I was very upset because my lashes seriously looked awful. (I uploaded some pictures of my lashes and she deleted them). She completely took advantage of my kindness. She also refused to give me a full refund. I had to go pay full price at another place to get them fixed which by the way look AMAZING like never before.

Jena is the best! I have had bad experiences in the past but with Jena she does it right. I have been going to Jena for over a year! I have gone to places before and they rush through the process and I ended up loosing my lashes because they put 3 – 4 lashes on one of my natural lashes but with Jena she takes her time and does each one individually so my natural lashes look great! I am hooked and will never go to anyone else. Jena is also very professional and I can always count on her. Highly recommended

Jenas lashes are by far the best in town! She uses the most top of the line lashes and she does not damage youre original lashes like most chain lash places do! Go see her you will be hooked and to top it off she works at a very high end salon and charges less then anyone in town! Why would you go somewhere else, and she will give you an amazing facial and wax and dy your brows with great package deals! Call her now!
