I adopted a huge stinking Great Dane (really he smelled awful!) and they were able to fit me in the next day for a bath for him. When I got there they asked if he needed anything special. I had one answer: anal glands. They texted me in less than a hour that he was done. He was so shiny and smelled so much better! Toenails looked great, too! He looked so cute in his complimentary neck bandana.

I took my Staff Terrier and Boxer mix in for grooming here. The staff was so over the top nice!!! They called my cell when they were almost done. When I showed up my pups were happy, clean and beautiful!
Just moving to the Reno area, I didn’t have a groomer. I found this place using Unilocal.They were highly rated and the feedback was really positive.

I take my Pug to Canine and simply, so impressed with their service and love for animals. For example; I received a Christmas card this year with a photo of my Pug in a Xmas setting. It made my day! They just adore your animal and do a great job! I have recommended many people.

Casey is the best! One of our dogs is 18 years old and the other is a neurotic, inbred Aussie, and Casey is so kind and patient with them. The grooming is EXCELLENT, also. Love this place!

We’ve been taking Dillon here for over a year. Good prices, and really wonderful service. We’ve always used Melinda, but I would assume the other groomers are just as attentive.

They were able to fit my AmStaff in on very short notice and had no problems with using the medicated shampoo that I brought on. If I still lived in the Reno area I’d be visiting them on a regular basis as my back is simply not up to bathing my pup anymore. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the dogs that were there looked incredibly happy and well cared for. No one seemed stressed or anxious! Best of all, they didn’t treat my dog any differently because of her breed. :)

Hands down the best pet groomer for Giant Schnauzers in town! They got Merlin in last minute and didn’t complain about keeping his natural wire coat with just clipping his face and bathing him. I am very impressed with the team and friendly staff! We are planning on going back for future cuts!

I have been taking my sweet dog Camo here for three years! This is the best place in Reno/​Sparks! I use to take him to a chain and it would take them 4 – 6 hours and when I picked him up he smelled really bad. He was also scared every time we went.
But, when Camo started coming here he was not scared anymore! They take such great care of him! When I pick him up he smells great and always looks so handsome! I have never had a bad experience.
They also always remember Camo. This makes me so happy! I love that they care enough to remember my little guy. Take your dogs here! The best in town!

Wow! I have an Australian kelpie mix and even my dog loved getting groomed! I normally go to petsmart but these ladies know what they are doing, the location is greatn Very easy to get to, and incredible reasonable prices!!! In definitely coming back!

Melinda does a FANTASTIC job on Shiloh and my dog never looks better. Melinda is always on time and they have reasonable prices. Shiloh prances after her appointments. So happy we found Canine Design.

I can’t say enough about Melinda and her business. She is wonderful with my «kids». My dogs aren’t always the easiest to deal with but they are handled so gently and with great respect. They always come back beautifully groomed and happy. I won’t go to anyone else.

If you want your doggies to get groomed beautifully, you gotta try Canine Design. The atmosphere is friendly and clean and Melinda is a gem. She takes such good care of my boys and they have never looked better groomed than when they come from her shop. Easy location too. My boys love it there.
Give her a try – you won’t be disappointed!

We are new to the Reno area and searched Unilocal for a professional dog groomer in the area. So glad we found Canine Design! Our weimaraner hates having his nails trimmed and is very dramatic about the process. The ladies at Canine Design did a quick and wonderful job. One of the ladies held my dog and massaged him while the other lady trimmed his nails. They were finished before he had the opportunity to get too upset. Well done — we will be back!

Really like them and they are not too expensive. Chili always looks great after going here.
Casey is amazing; she listened to all my instructions and followed them perfectly. I can honestly say she is the only groomer who has done that!

We have been taking our Miniature Schnauzer, Toots Farley, to Canine Design since our previous groomers closed. Schnauzer cuts are not easy to do and Casey, at Canine Design, does her cut perfectly. We post photos of her after every grooming on a Miniature Schnauzer Facebook page and every time we get comments on how well she was groomed. The staff at Canine Design is friendly and courteous. We recommend Canine Design to all our friends and we recommend them to you as well.

We take both our Aussie doodle (Australian Shepard/​Standard Poodle) and Siberian Husky here and we couldn’t ask for a better job! We struggled with finding a groomer to take car of our extremely sensitive doodle and Casey is absolutely amazing!
