I called this company several times and left messages and never received a call back ! Unfortunately I can’t rate them based on their work but I can say their customer service (or lack there of) is pretty disappointing !

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
I engaged them to service the lawn at a rental property I own in Reno. I paid UP FRONT for service which was NEVER PERFORMED.
I left FIVE voice mails (they NEVER answer the phone), three emails which were ignored, a couple of text messages, and a direct «PAGE». NO RESPONSE.
DO NOT ENGAGE CLARK’S LAWN CARE if you give a rat’s *** about customer service.

Clark’s Custom Lawn did a fantastic job redoing my backyard landscaping. They are easy to communicate with, professional, their prices are reasonable, and they are efficient. A lot of work was done very well in a short time. I am very happy with the results, and I am looking forward to having them do the maintenance on my front and back yards.
