I love this place. It is the best price for the best workout! Mark and Tory are great. I do the small group workout and enjoy working with our group and the trainers. The gym is clean and has a room for the kids to hangout in. You can run and watch tv or listen to music. When you join you have 24⁄7 gym access. Its the best of a personal trainer, gym membership, food assistance, and group support. They even do sport training for kids!

South Reno’s best kept secret! This place is terrific and the trainer’s are completely committed to your well-​being! I’ve been coming for 5 months, feel fantastic, and love my work-​outs. It’s always clean, everyone is pleasant and helpful and the trainers work with you and give you lots of encouragement and incentive.
This is as good as a Gym can get!

These guys know their «stuff», I can’t even begin to explain why you need them, you just do! Want to lose 5 pounds, just had an injury and want to ski again, train for a major competition? They got it! Nutrition counseling, support team, great friendly staff… I just know that when I walk into Engage I never feel judged and I don’t need to dress up to work out.
